Tablet.

More like phone. You have to deal with words running into the extreme where it becomes invisible, right?

You can use your phone. I use phone from day 1 till date.

Pls keep trying.... Never give up.
And if I'm given the most powerful laptop, I will drop it for my phone as far as Qa transcribing is concerned.
Though a bigger ram and sleek processor is an added advantage to be able to switch from dictionary, Google search, WhatsApp, slack etc at once.
I'm using A50 Sammy.

Transcription on a smartphone is a joke compared to a computer, unless of course you are not good with a computer.
I've used both, phones are convenient for the laziness factor in that I can lie down, but a smartphone still doesn't beat a full PC.
Try completing a 40 minute FC call on a smartphone grin

I was using my phone previously, but it's only suitable for easy jobs or maybe I just readjust to PC.
Typing speed is also key, autopredict helps on smartphones, but most people are slow on a PC.

Lol. They are O. Although, they still have the highest number of freelancers worldwide. They are good with ICT.
You said they can't access PayPal from their country, shay?
But help me with this logic.

You acknowledged the Indians have the highest number of freelancers worldwide, and they're good with ICT...
Nigerians can't access PayPal from their country, yet found a workaround. Even found a workaround to withdraw cash directly to bank.

So, if Nigerians could find out ways to do this, you seriously don't think the Indians would too?

language barrier might be a hindering Factor for the Indians. since only few of them are fluent in English language.

People complain about using phone for this job as a total waste of time but I can't help but to laugh.. Well, just because something don't work for you doesn't mean others ain't taking advantage of it.. Right from when I joined this platform, I've bin using my phone for this business. I complained about the obstacle at first but I sat down and developed a pattern for the job and that's what I've been using ever since. I make nothing less than $40 a week with PHONE, minus the bonus( and that's if I'm lazy that week or due to call scarcity) working with my phone is just like chatting with my hommies(so fast). Lol.. Well, weda PC or phone, the end point is to make money. Stop complaining and start doing what works best for you.

Yeah, they could possibly do that. No doubt, of course! But then, this still limits them. I've seen Indians lamenting bitter over this. Most Indians use other payment options, some use their brother or friend's account(those in diaspora). Most middle east and South Eastern Asian countries can't access Paypal, too.
