there's a situation, and I'm confused about it..I contacted victorogundepo yesterday and told him I have $100 Walmart gift card from my friend.he asked for receipt and I gave it to him.2 minutes later he asked me to drop the card at 260/$,it's a cash receipt. 2 minutes after I dropped the card,he asked me to type out the code,then I told him the code is visible as he can see from the card..he later said 'I can’t see it that’s why I told you to type it',and I obliged him by typing out the code .after typing out the code he came back to say rate has dropped to 245/$.told him not my fault as I had sent the card as requested. 13 minutes later he sent me this 'Hvnt Load d card It wasn’t my fault It’s not clear' then I told him oya do it at 245. 3 minutes later he came back and said' If you have another u can give him pls can’t run it now'...I argued with him and told him I had given him the card as requested so why would he say such a thing ,then he said'Loader is the problem that’s why, my foreign loader is not available at that moment I was telling you to type the code. Was expecting it almost immediately'..we argued again then he said he was waiting for the loader only for him to come back and show me a screenshot of the card at $0...I have proof of all our chats..funny thing is this isn't the first time we will trade .he sent me this afterwards
