So I finally got to see ALLADIN 2019 in Bluray (since initially I was very reluctant to go see it in the theatre). Here's my take. *spoiler alert*
It's a decent movie, certainly not the best, but also not the worst. Individual Movie Character performances differ in quality. When I saw d trailer at first I cringed when I saw Will Smith, I thought he was going to be a joke to d movie, but it turned out he became the most interesting part of the movie than others. And just like The Lamp he was actually the shinning lamp to the movie. Good for him.
However, The Alladin Character was terrible and the worst: Poor dialogue - said too many dumb things, looked clueless and confused from d moment he discovered Will Smith in d cave and for d most part of d movie. Listening to him was so cringy. In short his monkey was a much better actor than him
The Movie score and the music was good and great overall.
But on d downside the entire Movie lacked this emotional connection and attachment to d audience(and personally to me). Nearly all the characters including the Princess except Will Smith, were totally void of any emotional appeal whatsoever, they just acted like robots, same expression all d time. Even ALITA The Battle Angel (being not human) had more emotional appeal than the human characters of the above movie.
My Ratings: 6/10 A C+ for me.
These days I'm always in no rush to see Hollywood remakes Of old movies in theaters cos most of the time they do crappy stuffs Mind you, I haven't seen THE LION KING remake till now.. Still waiting for d Blu-ray version

I couldn't even stomach the one( lion king) I downloaded. It was an exact copy of the cartoon except live action. I stopped after 10 minutes and deleted it.

Decent movie overall, at the beginning my head was spinning, I'm not a marvel expert beht I was sure that Mysterio was a villain...wasn't until after Peter transferred the tech to Mysterio that all returned to normal.. Overall the movie wasn't that spectacular, beht Mysterio's acting was impressive

Saw this at the cinemas.

At the beginning of the movie, I remember telling my girl that this guy doing padi padi with spiderman is the Villain, she was like "but the guy just saved the world".


You can imagine how she was looking at me towards the end of the movie.

I didn't watch thrillers like Shutter Island,the usual suspects and the likes for nothing

Omo I was just confused anyhow at the beginning... Mysterio being all chummy with Spiderman and saving the world... Plus shooting beams and fighting like Doctor Strange.... Me was just thinking when did all this start... Until the illusions were revealed... CGI was sweet sha, Mysterio the real MVP... Peter Parker was just drab as usual.... Oh well... Much better than Dark Phoenix

I liked it because it's really fun and enjoyable. I hated it because of the injuries. I hate movies like john wick where characters bleed, don't feel pain, don't go into shock because of loss of blood.

Yes and No.

At surface level, it is bestiality


But

1. sleeping with a vampire is bestiality.

2. A lot of relationships in Carnival Row could be seen as bestiality

3. It raises the question, how can it be bestiality when it is not real. Animals exist but do vampires, pucks and fish men exist?

4. It also raises the question, should we consider higher lifeforms to be animals? We dont see vampires as animals (twilight, interview with a vampire). Would sex with an alien species that could reason like us be bestiality? After all, bestiality is sex between man and animal. If you dont consider higher lifeforms to be animals, is it really bestiality?
