Some of the defending is absolutely horrendous. What is this?! This league is very far in quality from the EPL and La Liga. I see where Komekn is coming from albeit his angle is exaggerated.

Lol, the defending or no defending, epl and laliga is far ahead of ligue 1, everyone knows this, there are also so many errors in the epl so dont just conclude on ligue 1 because of this game

Did you watch mancity and watford? you will be ashamed of the epl if you do, so its normal

I really enjoyed the way the stadium announcer kept shouting Victor and the fans echoed back Osimhen

Our boy osimhen is not far from being a 50 million euros player at worst ,you can call it hype as I don't care .

And mind you all ,I still beleive in nacho ,but I want him to leave Leicester

Ndidi still remains our eagles player that's not average
Nacho should not leave lester imo. He should fight for a place. he would flourish under rogers cos he is an attacking coach. also he should not pack his bags and leave whenever things get difficult

Oh, watching Osimhen and Kalu exploits, I do nothing other than to weep for my real guy Isaac Success. If not for his wayward lifestyle he would have been doing wonders by now, but no, he got to England and chose clubbing and women over what he went there for...such an irony! Imagine Isaac success of u17 pairing Osimhen at the heart of SE attack. The outcome would have been a blessing

My brother, I know Success not just as a footballer but also to his doorstep. When I called him my guy, I didn’t do it just because I only like his style of play but also because he is a friend. Going to clubs almost every nights and carrying different women has been his hallmarks ever since he got to England to play football and that’s very pathetic and painful. If you had watched Success at BJ in Benin, then you will know he has been wasting his talent as a footballer cum striker

Nooooo Watford's own is a spiritual problem. The errors I observed showed an obvious gap in quality. No wonder they can't perform in the UCL.

That is nice. Even more impressive is Rodrygo scoring on his debut for Real Madrid.

There was a reason for having the "save" in caps grin grin

It was a wicked shot headed for the back of the net, my guy neglected the brutality of the shot, and put his body in the line, to SAVE (blocked wt his head) his team from going behind. He was rated the overall best centre back for both teams, after the match.

Trash them indeed.. If Lyon and PSG can easily trash most EPL teams, what's stopping them from trashing those smaller teams they face in the UCL?

When was the last time a ligue1 team even made it to the final of the UCL or UEL?
