Biggie didn’t congratulate Frodd cos Biggie wanted to be tactful on the other housemates so they don’t hate on him too much as bring overly favoured. It was Ebuka that congratulated Frodd on stage. As he said Frodd’s privilege would see him to the 99th day (not just finals)
