Shehu is there to fulfill the quota system

I don't think Rohr will want to invite Shehu

Broda I no support rohr for this one

Shehu doesn’t deserve to be there ,I will rather call another defender than a Turkish division 2 player

you are correct, I guess maybe he was at the fore front of the confrontation the players had with the NFF during afcon maybe that's why they aren't happy with him

Their only issue is 'no respect'. Nonsense!! Ekong is one of the captains of the team. It is his duty to table players' grievances to officials.

Left to some of these NFF guys, only players that are 'obedient' will get called up.

Once Rohr leaves, we are in trouble because they can do what they want.

heard simon is from benue
tbaba1234:

Bonaventure is from Adamawa
Simon Moses is from Plateau, i think

That said, Shehu's invite is not merited but not everything is straightforward.

Komekn why are you always harping on Awaziem not being a RB of course he isn't. he was just a makeshift option at the AFCON. plus i don't know why you are making it sound like he was an unmitigated disaster at the tournament. i won't hype him and say he was 100% in that position neither will i downgrade him like he was our worst defender. the only goal you could hold him a bit responsible for was Cameroon's equalizer the cross he should have kept out. bottom line Awaziem wasn't excellent neither was he terrible he was just decent. judge him as a centreback but curiously you were AWOL when various handles commented on his great performance for his club yesterday.

komekn:

Collins is a very weak link as a Left back the same goes for Awaziem is simply not a RB lacks pace and becomes a liability.

And that will spell doom for us. They are looking for ass-lickers and players who will worship them. Rubbish!!

The only reason the NFF has not been able to disrupt the unity of the players or have high level of influence on the team's list is because Rohr is in charge.

Like you said, Rohr leaves and we are truly goners.

Ebuehi was in the last team list for the Ukraine friendly. But he didn't make this one so that's why the term "dropped" still applies.

Meanwhile, Ebuehi is beginning to get minutes with the Benfica U-23s in anticipation of a return to the Benfica first team.

I just knew they would not lose to Senegal. But we clearly missed chances upon chances again. That's an improvement on the 3-0 hiding we got from same Senegal months ago.

Correction: They lost

Senegal scored 2 more goals

Na wa... They still lost to this Senegal side AGAIN!!! I had such confidence in the boys not losing a second time to Senegal. Anyway, been really occupied lately, that's why I haven't had the time to follow up on the latest results from Turkey.

Manu Garba better sort this team's out because we have to be much stronger at the world cup.

I understand that another batch of the U-17 boys have been busy too whipping a side 8-0 in Nigeria.

The Super Eagles list has been compromised by NFF. Anderson Esiti and Shehu Abdullahi are the two viruses in that team. Just for the records

If Ebere Eze was playing in the German second division or the French division 2, this criminal we parade as a coach wouldda invited him long time ago.

We av Iwobi as the only option in the AM position, and that yeye man had the guts to invite a player from the Turkish second division? This same biased man invited Agu from the German second division after only two matches, even though we have no situations to arrest in the RB. Yet, where we really do have a big problem "the AM" , he has failed to act. This man is clueless

Well done Rohr!
But when will Ejimadu and Eze join the fray? The omissions are justifiable. Is Shehu getting game time? For one thing we know Balogun is not getting ENOUGH minutes.

nelszx:

He was initially in the list but what replaced with Shehu as corrected.

Collins is our best left back and he is getting regular time in the highly rated Bundesliga.
Aina, in my opinion as our best wing-back (left and right)

I would've preferred a creative mid over Esiti. Guess Rohr doesn't see Azeez as a DM.
Good to see Olayinka getting a call up and Bonaventure getting a second chance. Would've liked to see Maja but maybe next time.
Sad with what is happening to Leon Sha. He's still our best ball playing CB and we more than need that as we lack a proper DLP.

Don't know why Esiti is back. He should've giving Zuby a call if he's looking for a DM.
WE should be looking for another creative presence. I hope Eze is amongst the guys that signed the change of allegiance document or whatever.
