Osinbajo was has been more visible as a VP. The point was, nobody heard about Sambo when he was VP....stay on point. People cannot remember you if they didnt see or hear from you. Whether he achieved something or not is not the topic under debate.

I remember people from the south were sympathetic and supported Atiku against Obasanjo during their own battle of the Titans. Now the same southerners are demonizing the VP. If a graduate of electrical engineering measures his competence by his ability to change a bulb, then he wasted his time in the university. His job includes knowing the amount of tungsten that would ensure the bulb is durable and does not explode. Changing the bulb is the job of a technician who does not need to understand properties of materials.

Talking about properties of materials, toto is not rubber according to your moniker. Rubber is elastic. Toto is thermo-visco-plastic.
