That's not how NNPC works. lol. It can be budgeted for but there's still a process before you get paid. As the money comes in, HQ accounts has to determine what to pay after salaries, outstanding payments to vendors, claims from staff etc. It is all not paid at once. So like i said, the last couple of weeks there were no funds allocated to that. expect payments to resume from this week to next week

Whether or not the APLs are released next week, I think everyone should understand that there's always an Uncertainty factor due to unforeseen circumstances & interests.
