To play 10 you need to be creative not just only being pacy. Rashford playing 10 is DOA. Rather we can try out 4 - 4 - 2 Formation.

Greenwood and Martial leading the Line. Rashford as LM while James play as RM - with McTom and Pogba in the central Midfield.

Greenwood needs to be properly managed as a Striker or SS to avoid another Januzaj or Rashford.
