I have a very bad experience with NIPOST too and I plan reporting to a media house to investigate their activities. My sister sent me two phones from America. We tracked the phones and it indicated that it had reached the country. We went to NIPOST and they also tracked and started giving stories. My sister went back to their post office in America and they showed her on their system that the phone got to Nigeria three days after. We went back to NIPOST at Obalende, they directed us to Marina, Marina said we should come back that their is a mix up. We kept going back. Till today nothing. But when we check the system with the tracking number, it indicates received. 1 Like |

Next time, add your number to the address you input on Aliexpress. Most Nipost offices have foolish and rude staffs. I've had my own share also, but I know how to deal with them. We are friends now and they call or text when I got a package. |

I had something worse, it happened that Nipost tracking show that my package was in Benue when I was expecting it in Ibadan. I tried all my possible by calling the customer care, email their support center but they could not help. they don't even have branches contact numbers, I was being directed to check google or facebook may be I can have luck of getting any close contact that will help me reach Benue post office. anyway after some weeks, i received a call that one of my package has arrived, behold it was the missing package. relax you will definitely get your package. just continue to check. Everyone is frustrated including the Nipost staff. |

I lost two phones using NIPOST last year. Till today, no clue of how what happened to those phones. The last tracking information I had was when the phones arrived Nigeria. Unfortunately, I did not insure the package while sending Na criminals full Nipost 1 Like |

tellbiodun: When did this happen? You have to know this, whenever an item goes through NIPOST especially a parcel from abroad, the post Master or anyone in charge signs for all the parcels received and they now call the respective owners to come and collect them. That was why when you tracked the phones, it shows received. Your phone is still with NIPOST, it happened to me and I called the customer care line, the guy I spoke with explained these things to me, immediately I dropped the call, I received a call from the branch that is with my phone, went there and collected my parcel. I have collected other items since. Except, you don't need those phones again, you can give me the tracking number so that I collect them. Kindly escalate the matter through their customer care line on their website and social media handles and you will get your matter resolved immediately. Thank me later. 3 Likes |

ugwum007:may God bless you sir, this is also my experience with them, have been using them for the past 2years, there are fiddle things we shouldn't complain in postal services, I believe with the right actions we can get them resolved.... About the bolded, I can't emphasize that enough, office people in Nigeria have a penchant of looking down on people, you always have to remind them, they are paid to attend to you and not the other way round.... 1 Like |

iamjavadem: Lagos Post Offices are more enlightened, because of several related competitions and services. I use Ikeja and Agege for AliExp. and both have been quite responsive. They dare not to be sloppy. No much issues here. Raise a dispute if your item is not received, and AE will definitely refund you after verification. It's good as you have attacked them on social media now, it will hit them. 1 Like |

I already have a guy that checks my items for me at nipost. I do tip him airtime and the guy does his job well for me. He alerts me once my items land at their office. It's been a sweet experience for me so far. No time to check time. 1 Like |

0KNM: I can tell you that you just didn't want to follow up on your phones, you would have received your parcel. Nigerians should learn how to escalate issues and not just give up. I am sure those phones are inside one office gathering dust. Immediately your item showed that it has arrived Nigeria, you should have gone to their office with the tracking number to start checking for the parcel, that way you can be directed to the particular branch where it is. You still have time, go back to the post office, follow up on your phone and escalate the issue. |
