You should endeavour to get your GCMS so that you will know what actually they want from you against next application. By the way, when did you apply? |

Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 16 by SOGalex: 11:15am On Sep 28, 2019 |
You could share your profile with the documents you uploaded so we could know where things went wrong and potential applicants can get one or 2 things to learn |

Hello, Aug 3rd applicant, bvl dropped sept 26th and refusal letter dropped same day. Reasons- travel history and family ties in Canada and country of residence. Explained in my sop that am married with kids But am going to study , husband and kids will be here, husband will take care of the kids while am away with the help of my mum and sister included their names. Documents submitted Tuition deposit of 5,000 Letter from place of work SOA -19m Acceptance letter Consent letter from hubby Birth cert Birth cert of kids who are American citizens Visa page for Uk-10yrs visa Sch cert Msc marketing cert I applied to do another masters in global mgt form royal roads university I want to reapply but a friend advised not to order for gcms but reapply early cos sch starts in Jan 2020. That I should add to the tuition deposit or probably pay up for one year, include all previous data pages and visas .then someone in Canada writes as a guarantor for me that am a genuine student and includes his Canadian data page. Me frank and other gurus pls advise. Am a newbie that has been observing for a while. Thank you |

Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 16 by SOGalex: 12:03pm On Sep 28, 2019 |
@summa The wisest thing to do after each refusal is to request for GCMS. Reasons VOs give most naija applicants are often generic but the actual reason is always revealed in the GCMS. Please do well to order for it to avoid reoccurrence of avoidable error. Also, it is always advisable to pay 1st semester or 1st year tuition fees to show level of seriousness but we have seen lots of situations here where applicants only paid confirmation fees and it was approved. All the best. |

If u are very familiar with this thread, u would have seen cases were peeps with High Cgpa going for PGD/C were refused simply cos the VO wasn't expecting that move by the applicant and also those applicants were not able to convince the VO the reason why they are going for a PGD instead of Masters despite their high Cgpa.. In the case of ur friend , I assume he did justice in convincing the VO why he went for a PGD instead of a Masters program... Such cases as ur friend happens very rarely... Am also sure he didn't put his Masters from Nigeria in his application, if not he would have been refused outrightly.... I also wanna assume his app wasn't treated by the Nairobi demons, dem for don refuse am cos those niggas got no joy.. So let's thank God for ur friend oo brother, his kinda approval happens in rare occasions... Peace Francology41: |

Please do well to order for GCMS. |
Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 16 by makano: 12:09pm On Sep 28, 2019 |
As at late last year and early dis year, online applications have been getting more approval, that was before the Nairobi demons took over tho.. To ur second Question, I assume Nairobi is the main office for Study permit especially applicants from Nigeria.. If you have been seeing the refusals letters of applicants here, be it Paper or onlin. U will discover that Nairobi has been the one in charge of 90% of applications.. That's d reason for the increase in refusals cos Nairobi VOS dnt have joy for Nigeria applicants... Peace Sumam: |

Please Which Universities can I study Without Ieits or TOEFL |
Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 16 by makano: 12:14pm On Sep 28, 2019 |
You are very lucky the almighty purpose of visit is nt part of ur refusal reasons, which makes it easy for you to tackle the reasons without GCMS and re-apply.. But I will advise u still order for ur GCMS note tho cos am sure there is one simple thing the VO would have used against ur approval, and u can actually knw dt simple thing with ur GCMS note.. You can actually re-apply without the GCMS note cos ur refusal reasons are very easy to tackle, forget travel history, whilst u should be working in his ur Family ties... Wish u goodluck...
