jihday:Ndidi that doesn't have any rival in leceister...Ndidi turn schmeichel that being loaned out Is better than being a back up to them. Ndidi that is being compared to kante and don't forget that he is 100 percent Nigerian and started here so he wasn't hyped too much pls don't compare ndidi with zuby ...such a disrespect to ndidi ndidi is untouchable in both leceister and Nigeria etebo is the one likely to have way for ndidi let zuby start bossing everyone in turkey before we can accept that he is a good backup to ndidi 5 Likes 1 Share |

Sentiments aside. Let's talk about complementary roles. Who compliments Ndidi better in midfield? We can count on Ndidi any day and time in terms of tackles and interceptions. Aribo has brought fluidity in the midfield and smooth transition to attack from what we have seen so far. So let's always talk about what new players can add to the team instead of pitching a player against the other. Can Zuby bring something new to the table? What kind of player do we need when Ndidi is not available? What combinations will work best and in what situations? Etebo has been more of the ball holder for us. I think we can be more progressive here if we talk more about the technical aspect of players, the chemistry, and how that can change the dynamics of our play. balorx: |

Let me add the likes of Onazi, Shehu and a host of others have played for Turkish sides that are not Gala or Besiktas and have been supported here. I don't see why Zuby is getting a lot of bashing. 3 Likes |

you made so much sense. i think it is unreasonable having or adding more players to the team who can't bring anything different from what is on ground already. super eagles coaches should rather be on the look out for players who can compliment those already in the team and as well add a bit difference which will depend on the tactics deployed and its purpose be it to protect a lead or to change the dynamics of an encounter. Etebo and Zuby, how similar? You are not going to go far in tournaments without a good bench. balorx: |

Aribo surprised Rohr.. But that only happened because of Ndidi's absence. Aribo won't have started. andrew444: |

andrew444:let's get the fact right...no one can do what ndidi does for now ...the guy is irreplaceable ...if we are to play attacking football I prefer aribo starting over etebo and etebo and azeez as a backup to ndidi....zuby can get an invite if etebo is injured let's see what esiti can do his friendly before we say anything 1 Like |

balorx: Ask anybody here, i am ndidi number 1 fan here, i call him world class, so if you thinking i am trying to say others can do what ndidi is doing then you are getting me wrong, as far as i am concerned only ngolo kante is better than him in the EPL You have a point thou, but you know rohr wont start aribo ahead of etebo sha , i have always supported zuby but i prefered esiti ahead of him but esiti was somehow in the last game, but i wont judge by that thou |

balorx: I am one of them who suggested that zuby isnt bad as most of them think, i was still the same person that criticized him when he moved to Egypt, i started praising him since he moved to that Istanbul club, i was surprised and happy at the same time that he realized his mistake and move back to Europe immediately |

Re: "The Super Eagles Thread: The Road To AFCON 2025 And 2026 World Cup by Joebie: 4:18am On Sep 29, 2019 |
No doubt Esiti has lots of minutes under his belt in Europe. But he has never shown for SE. Two caps now, and we are still waiting for him to convince. But like I said earlier, we have several players who got their chance again and again especially in the DM role. So no double standards here from Rohr. Zuby's time will come. andrew444: |
