Just picked up my passport with a visa on my 4th attempt lol. First attempt was refused for auto cancelled hotel booking and unexplained deposit. Second was cancelled for unexplained deposit despite my many explanation as well as third refusal in March 2019. 4th attempt I printed one year account statement covering refusals from second denial till date and I tabulated every single credits and corresponding debits with evidence of how the other payments came in that weren't salary and it was a very long list of about 5 pages of cover letter. in fact a primary 5 pupil could understand it. Submitted September 3rd and got email that my application has been concluded on 23rd. I was a bit skeptical because I expected a longer consideration given that they would need time to consider everything. My take: don't give a limited information. make sure you use the additional details space on the application and if not enough politely direct them to read the cover letter. Just before I forget, I send my cover letter to a mate here who have turned to be a family friend and he was like.... your words harsh o. I said leave it cos I feel oppressed. In fact I summed up my yearly salary and compared it to the 4 other credits I received within the year that was causing the refusal and I questioned the significance of the amount to my total earnings. I queried all previous 3 refusals and demanded a careful treatment lol. After submission I faulted myself for being kinda rude. But my expressions were logical obviously clear. I got it. I submitted the regular documents for a self employed person. My fear was using 2018 tax clearance as I haven't gotten 2019. And again the new sticker was different from my wife's sticker. If I hadn't handled it myself I for fear self. Thanks Justwise all the GURUS and everyone here. 12 Likes |

But sadly those payments were not lodgments but since payments were close to application dates and were without proofs they thought it was lodgments and were repeatedly been mentioned in all refusals. For instance annual leave allowance without a corresponding payment letter from owned company. I carefully explained everything. |

Thanks for the response. Think it’s hit or miss with UKVA, or the competency of the Visa Officer. Worried about the time it takes from getting a mail on the Application (UKHUBVisa) and when it actually reaches the TLS office. Any ideas on how to expedite?? ijeshaoflondon: |

ijeshaoflondon:She simply made a budget to spend more tgan 2months her salary which is a no no. If I don't understand anytging about U.K visa, I understand that you musn't spend more than twice your disposable income. Your sis could have worked around twice her disposable income since her sis will probably accommodate and feed her. 1 Like |

Candybright: His budget for the trip was £800 , He is only going for 13 days. He earns 180k monthly. and He's also gonna stay with his Sis. accomodation and feeding guaranteed. I am saying all these here so that people can learn. Lets brainstorm. 1 Like |

ijeshaoflondon:Ok..It is very possible that the company where your friend's sister works pay some good benefits to employees such as leave allowance. This might have supported the budget of her trip. |
Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 4 by giselle237: 9:44pm On Sep 28, 2019 |
his salary is 180k yes but he also wrote that his total monthly living expenses amount to 50k.... . that means real abi disposable salary is now 130k monthly NO LONGER 180k.. there is no brainstorming needed here ....... ijeshaoflondon: |

If yes, where and how do I upload my documents? And if I'm using the assisted service, whenever I click on that of the N10,000 for them to upload my documents for me, once it get to step 3 and then about to check out, I automatically see £950 super priority in my basket plus the N10,000, Please, can I just chose the £90 and N10,000 as I don't even understand the TLS stuff at all... I need advice on basic regular thing to do without any special premium and just go for my appointment. Advice please... @justwise @Suuz and other Pro plz help |

I am having the issue of uploading my documents although I have secured the free service appointment but I don't understand the pattern of document uploading. Will all the documents be uploaded once including form, checklist, bank statement and others or each document has it portal for easy upload?
