I'm dying of depression
I am Babatunde Gbenga, and I am actively searching for a placement on-board ship as a cadet in the Deck department. It's been a year plus have been sending application to companies but I haven't gotten any positive response and this crushes my spirit. I direly need the seatime and this will equally ensure the beginning of my sailing career. I'd like to believe I posses good communication skills,
teachable,
computer literate,
technically oriented
and enthusiastic to build a career in the maritime sector.
Please, I need your assistance to get a seatime. Kindly share and refer me to shipmanagement companies, crewing agencies, crewing managers and key maritime stakeholders who will take a chance on me. As you will see from the attached file base on request, I have completed the first phase of my Academic curriculum as a National Diploma graduate in Nautical science along with the mandatory course required of cadets to go on-board and i'm mandated to undergo at least One Year shipboard training to step further.

No. I just commented for the fun of it. I doubt you will find help here because majority of users in this platform are unemployed and struggling. You will see them coming at my comment because of guilty conscience. You may have better luck on Twitter or LinkedIn. I wish you luck in your search.

For the LinkedIn, i post on a daily basis with over 400 connections at my disposal but then it is what it is...i'm still here struggling to land my dream Job
