Happy birthday the great Icon4s. Wishing you LLNP. May all that concerns you be prosperous. Meanwhile enough respect to the only man on this forum to have watched Titus Okere, Teslim Balogun, Baba Otu, Henshaw, Wonderboy "Paul" Hamilton, Thompson Usiyen play.

Now dis is where i am done

is it every kid that shot out the NFF should be running after?

If we are not careful with these abroad born players,

we might as well have that dirty stigma of looking abroad everything for players too

tbaba1234:

Solid kid but NFF won't do anything.

If we find a quality player of Nigerian origin willing to play for Nigeria. We should go for the player, simple.

It does not matter where they are born. If the player can improve our teams, why not?

Our economy,
we used to have majority of whst we imports now

but our depandance on finer and shinner ones from abroad, become so strong, thast we neglect to develop the ones we had

Arsenal predicament is why you don't play 2 defensive midfielders

Once you play 2 defensive midfielders your team automatically changes from attacking to defensive no matter how good your forward line is

tbaba1234:
Imama is blaming Udoh now

“I told Udoh before the game that he was going to win it for us, so it was a deliberate tactical change to bring him on,”

“My job as a coach is to make a team that will create chances, but it still rests on the player to convert that chance with the tactical approach of the team.

“He [Udoh] had two chances he should have buried; unfortunately he did not. He is one of the highest goal scorers in the league in Nigeria, but he had a bad day.”

This is exactly what happened na. If you watched the game you should know that. Those misses were Yakubu-esq

Why is he placing the blame on the player?Players miss chances. What about the defending for the goals? Would he blame the defenders too?

In the first loss, he said local players and coaches do not understand tactics and formation.

The buck stops on his desk. He should take some responsibility

The national team should be open to everyone of Nigerian origin.

Let the best be selected. It is the national team not a poverty alleviation project.

Make it open, select the best. Simple.

Players also fall asleep and miss defensive assignments.

We dominated the second half completely. We had the chances to win but we couldn't finish. Everyone knows Mfon Udoh is a quality player but it is on tape that missed 2 chances that were easier to score. Imama is not blaming the player he is stating the obvious.
