There's a diference between a language and an ethnic group. You may claim that Ikwerre, Opobo, Etche, Ndoni and the rest are not Igbos at it stands but you can't take away the fact that what they speak are variants of the Igbo language.

We better come to terms with the fact that this country is indivisible. Imagines the location of some indigenous tribes;
Igbo in Kogi (leave them in the north?)
Igbo in Benue (leave them in the north?)
Igala in Anambra (carey them to Biafra?)
