How will you say a government website has an extension .com ?
You’ve corrected yourself and that should show you that you’re wrong in your assertions. The website should be .gov.ng and you can clearly see that the real Akwa Ibom website has that extension.
The earlier one is just a website created by someone but is not necessarily the official government website like the first guy claimed.
Attached are some state Government websites. This argument is done and dusted here. Help yourself with Google on these arguments or come down to the place and do the research first hand. |

OK because inyi people have boundaries with benue they now speak idoma or because okwutu and ete people near kogi mean say them they speak igala for enugu
Foolish compilation Oga, am from ette igbo eze north LGA. of enugu state and we speak 3 different languages. Idoma, igala & igbo. My dad is from igbo speaking side of ette while my mum comes from idoma side. Ette has a very large land mass which makes there settlement to be scattered. FortuneDeGreat: Benue is an artificial boundary/state creation, these people have that place as their ancestral abode and have been living there indigenously for hundreds of years, meanwhile Benue is little above 40 years. Ponder on that and don't create further debate Having states with artificial boundaries is common to all the states and not peculiar to Benue. It means that there might also areas that are supposed to culturally be part of Benue but have been included in Eboyin (being the newer state). Also, the areas in contention may perhaps, actually be indigenous to Benue but have igbo settlers as we have in many parts of the country. 2 Likes |

PHIPEX: Igbo has several dialects it doesn't make anyone less Igbo same applies to Yoruba. Anambra man will struggle to understand a typical Ebonyi Igbo, it doesnt make anyone more Igbo than the other. It is either you’re it or you’re not it. A French man would understand Canadian French, and vice-versa. But the both are not called French men even by tribe and not by nation. A Swiss German has a higher chance of understanding German than a German the chance of understanding Swiss German. Even when there’s “German” in “Swiss German,” you dare not called a Swiss “German.” All this cultural stupidity we’re practicing won’t work. If you cannot understand a language, you can’t understand it! Ask the Itsekiris and the Yorubas. This is just a ploy by the Igbo people to claim different communities. All Deltans, I repeat all Deltans part from Asaba indigenes will never agree to be Igbo natives. If you want, you can put their head in a guillotine, they’ll still reject being Igbo men. In the North, I clearly can’t differentiate Fulani from Hausa language, I mix them up sometimes. The fact that they’re alike doesn’t mean that they’re the same. Just accept the fact that Ibo is Ibo, Ika is Ika, and Urhobo is Urhobo, and we’ll all have peace. The term dialect means “a variety of language differentiated by vocabulary and pronunciation, but grouped under one language for emphasis.” If we were to go by this definition, then the three languages in Nigeria are just names and they hold no ground. Thus, if one tribe doesn’t wish to be grouped under the same “language” as another for the white man’s sake, then they’re free to be called what they want. After all, Nigeria was divided into three different languages due to the white man’s greed. Grade 2 history would tell you that. Pardon any error found within the argument. 1 Like |

You and all those who liked your comment do not know History. Get some education. Know today that the original inhabitants of what you know today as Anambra where Igala people- Back when they held the mantle of leadership over the historical Apa Kingdom. The Igbos/Hebrews migrated from Jerusalem, through Egypt and settled in the Eastern part of what we now call Nigeria. By that time, Apa Kingdom had already given way to the Kwararafa kingdom (already weakened by internal crisis and external threats from the Fulanis). The Igbos settled in that area and quickly dominated and occupied by rapid population growth and commerce. You will never learn this in school. 1 Like |

True bro. I've personally met a guy by name Emeka who is from Edo state and speaks igbo fluently. And at first when I saw him I concluded he's igbo due to his looks and of course thought he'd probably come from one of the five major igbo states, but I was shocked when he told me he's from edo state and even showed me his national ID. The Igbos in delta state and the igbanke community which is close to delta state were the Igbos who migrated from onitsha in anambra in search of greener pastures. I also have a friend who's name is Emeka and is from Ogun State. He has Yọruba names but he also bears Emeka. I guess Igbos are indigenous to Ogun state from this example if I'm to follow your theory. |

Only one person is saying there is no Igala in Anambra, that guy is from Kogi and he is Igbira, he is not from Anambra.
If you go through his post you will see that he hides under Igbo to attack Igala people and even Igbo people

Oga, am from ette igbo eze north LGA. of enugu state and we speak 3 different languages. Idoma, igala & igbo. My dad is from igbo speaking side of ette while my mum comes from idoma side. Ette has a very large land mass which makes there settlement to be scattered.
That's why hardly you will see an ette indigene who can't speak at least 2 languages. Which of the 3 languages is the most spoken by all 3 groups? 1 Like |

That's a sinking lie from the pit of hell. My village and Enugu Ezike both happen to be border communities. Infact idoma/igala traders trek into our villages on market days and vice versa.
However, WE SPEAK ONLY IGBO. wawa subdialect I'm just curious, how do these Igala/Idoma traders communicate with the natives of Enugu Ezike when they want to conduct trade? 2 Likes |
