You can't compare the western world to Nigeria. There are medical doctors and professor with dread in the US. The guys with thread are those wayward in the entertainment industry and then our yahoo boys.

So yes, girls with tattoos in Nigeria mostly ladies with no home training, runs girls etc. Guys who see no problem with that are on the same boat tout, womaniser, weed smoker and yahoo boys. You can't find a decent Nigerian man with a lady who has tattoo on her.
