Ok Sammy time to end you for good:

"Deployment

Deployment of an operation proceeds then as quickly as possible, taking into account the security and political conditions on the ground.

It often starts with an advance team to establish mission headquarters and leads to a gradual build-up to encompass all components and regions, as required by the mandate.

The UN has no standing army or police force of its own, and Member States are asked to contribute military and police personnel required for each operation. Peacekeepers wear their countries’ uniform and are identified as UN Peacekeepers only by a UN blue helmet or beret and a badge."

Civilian staff of peacekeeping operations are international civil servants, recruited and deployed by the UN Secretariat."

Buhari approves Cross River’s Bakassi Deep Seaport project
by Chinyere Okoroafor 1 day ago

Bakassi Deep Seaport project(Calabar)

President Muhammadu Buhari on Monday gave the clearest indication of his support for the Bakassi Deep Seaport Project of the Cross River State Government with the issuance of Outline Business Case certificate for the project by the Federal Government.

The certificate was presented on behalf of the Federal Government by the Minister for Transportation, Rotimi Amaechi to the Cross River State Governor Ben Ayade at the ministry’s Abuja office.

Amaechi stated that with the OBC, the state would move on to the next step of action.

He said: “What they (Cross River) have got right now is the OBC. We will take the next move to verify all the necessary instruments that we need and then proceed back to the Infrastructure Concession and Regulatory Commission for the FBC before we go to the cabinet for approval.

“But the most important thing is that we are speeding it up so as to enable those states who want to invest in seaports and others to go ahead and do so.”

On whether the Federal Government was partnering Cross River State in the deep seaport, Amaechi said, “We will get to that. We will sit down with the Cross River State Government and their major partners and see how much NPA would want to invest. We will contact NPA and see what it can do.”

Speaking on the development , Ayade said the certificate would enable the state move on to the next level of implementation of the seaport.

His words: “The certificate is an Outline Business Case. It shows that there is a full densification commitment of the Federal Government through the Federal Ministry of Transportation to say yes we have come to recognise and accept that Cross River State Government should go ahead with the Full Business Case towards the construction of a deep seaport.

“And the emphasis on the deep seaport is agro-industrial, not exclusively, but to show that the core target is to do an agro-industrial transformation of Nigeria. It will be the major leading port in that respect but will have other industrial parks.”

He said the issuance of the OBC by the Federal Government through its Infrastructure Concession and Regulatory Commission was the fastest ever recorded in Nigeria.

[/On when actual construction would commence at the seaport, Ayade said, “Work started there more than six months ago when we got the EIA approval which allowed us the legal right to get access to the ocean.

“But right now with this OBC certificate, we are going to be dealing directly with the concessionaires towards arriving at the specific location, data and commencement of actual work plans. But that can only come with the FBC.”

JUST IN!!! How I was Humiliated In America Because I’m Nigerian – Gov. Umahi Reveals
Governor David Nweze Umahi of Ebonyi State, on Tuesday, revealed how he was embarrassed and humiliated in New York City during the just concluded 74th session of the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA), Igbere TV reports.
reports had reported that Umahi accompanied President Mohammadu Buhari to the UNGA meeting.
Speaking on Tuesday at Pa Ngele Oruta Township Stadium, Umahi noted that he was specially singled out, humiliated and searched, just because he is a Nigerian.
Umahi made this known while addressing a mammoth crowd of Ebonyians who attended the 59th anniversary of Nigeria and Ebonyi state at 23, that took place at the Pa Ngele Oruta township stadium, Abakaliki capital of Ebonyi state.
The governor further noted that, he will be travelling with President Mohammad Buhari again to South Africa to find solution to the lingering crisis between Nigerians living South Africa and the citizens of the host country.
According to him “Let me assure Ebonyi people and the entire southeast that the closure of the Akanu-Ibiam International Airport at Enugu was for the safety of our people.
“As the chairman of south East governors forum, I had a meeting with Mr president and we have agreed on modalities for quick execution and of cause comprehensive over haul of that airport.
“We are seeking for a special funding with Mr president and as i travel with him, i will also reveal to him how much we have gone in the release of the funds for the quick completion of that project.
“We have provided two coaster buses, 10 pick up vans and a brand new liaison zone office in Owerri, this will assist our people who are travelling to the airport there.
The governor, however, warned against speaking ill of President Buhari and governors of various states in the country, noting that castigating the President will not add any value to the progress of the country.
“Castigating leaders openly will not add any value to what we seek rather our eyes should be on the ball.
“We must as Nigerians do everything to uphold our cultural value and better ourselves outside the country. The way we are treated outside the shores of this land is not encouraging, we must have to do empirical evaluation of ourselves, we get devalued a lot in other nations.
“I got calls from people in Ghana, saying that a lot of them are about to be sentenced, some people have been imprisoned for 1000 years and some 500 years imprison.
“And so, it is important that as Nigerians, we should reevaluate our statues and our values because the way we are treated even as a governor, you don’t wear governor at the airport.
“When I was in America, they singled some of us out and conducted a thorough search, it is an intimidation. We will not continue to live in such manner that bring humiliation to our nation, it is very important,” he noted

Whilst Ghana is building "One district,One factory",Nigerians are kidnapping and conniving with underage 15 year old girls to build baby factories.Disgraceful nation

Police in Nigeria’s biggest city, Lagos, have freed 19 women and girls who had mostly been abducted and impregnated by captors planning to sell their babies.
The girls and women, aged from 15 to 28, had been brought from all over Nigeria with promises of work, Lagos police said on Monday. Four babies were also found.
“Baby factories”, as such premises are widely known, are most common in parts of eastern Nigeria.
“The young women were mostly abducted by the suspects for the purpose of getting them pregnant and selling the babies to potential buyers. The girls were tricked with employment as domestic staff in Lagos,” said Lagos police spokesman Bala Elkana.
“Boys are sold for 500,000 naira ($1,630) and girls for 300,000 naira ($980).”
The girls and women were brought to Lagos from the southern and eastern states of Rivers, Cross River, Akwa Ibom, Anambra, Abia and Imo.
Elkana said the raid had taken place on Sept. 19 but had been kept secret to enable the police to apprehend suspects
Two women aged 40 and 54 were arrested in connection with the case and police were still looking for a third.
One of the freed women, who did not want to be named, said she had been impregnated by her boyfriend and told by her aunt that there was a job for her in Lagos.
She said a woman to whom she was introduced had induced her labor when she was seven months pregnant.
“After being in labor for three days, that was when police raided the place and took all of them. The baby came out weak and finally died,” she told Reuters.
Elkana said the state criminal investigation department would take over the case and was working with other agencies to resettle the women and girls and their babies.
Last week, around 400 boys and men, some as young as five and many in chains and scarred from beatings, were rescued from a building in the northern city of Kaduna that purported to be an Islamic school

Massive sandstorms hits Kenya and Northern Tanzania yesterday.

A massive sand and dust storm blitzed the Kenyan capital of Nairobi today late afternoon, before moving on and doing similar damage in Northern Tanzania. The heavy gusts of wind wreaked havoc with bill boards, poorly secured roofs and building attachments in Nairobi around half past five in the afternoon. As a result were power poles and lines also knocked down, causing electricity outages across the city, seeing repair crews brace the storm as they raced to contain the situation.

OMG you are stup1d!!! One is just a verb and the other a noun..... They literally mean the same thing:

Definitions:

Deployment: the movement of troops or equipment to a place or position for military action.

Deploy: move (troops or equipment) into position for military action.

And to your second question........i literally couldn't be arsed to answer this question.
