No one has monopoly of grammar. I am really curious. You will be the third person on this thread to ask me that.

I am starting to get worried

nah that's some damn Caucasian style.

You don't even have to use salt, throw the best natural seasoning and let it marinate for a few hours not minutes as some environmentally unfriendly and gay folks are suggesting

I am more of a saltwater fish kinda lad and I find them tastier and somewhat healthier than freshwater fishes even though I will try smoked catfish once in a while

. . . but gone are the days when roadside women just sprinkle salt on fish and fry, while I must confess it taste good, however this is the 21st century and adding better seasoning asides salt will make a fish meal more appealing and healthier.
Hmmm... undecided

You are free to discredit anyone, but when you do try to educate the people better.

Unlike meat, fish marinades don’t require a long time to infuse the fish with flavor. As fish is more delicate than chicken or beef, avoid leaving strong citrus-based marinades on fish for more than 10 to 15 minutes or you will end up with ceviche. The acid in ingredients such as lemons or limes will “cook” the fish if given the time.

Go Dry Instead if you want to prepare your fish in advance or allow to seat for hours

If you want the convenience of preparing your fish in advance and leaving it overnight in the fridge, you're better off with a dry rub than a wet, acidic marinade. Seasoning the fish ahead of time gives it plenty of time for the flavors to get into the surface of the fish, which is naturally filled with little nooks and crannies. Most flavorings won't penetrate beyond the surface anyway, but having them well rubbed into the surface is the next best thing. Salt is an exception to the not-penetrating rule. It will absorb into the fish's cell walls overnight, so your fillet will taste well-seasoned all the way through.

Note I'm not saying you cant marinate your fish for few hours, when you do you will end up with ceviche. The acid in ingredients such as lemons or limes will “cook” the fish if given the time.

It's not everything you see online that you copy and paste. You got the meaning of "ceviche " totally wrong

Bad grammar.
Marinate and marinade are two words often used interchangeably but could have different meanings.

Thanks Dear Noted.

Noted sir. Thanks for the explanation

I noticed something during the cooking process. The lemon had a bad effect on the fish...it was kinda bitter.

What do you mean by "cook"

you're welcome

We have Limone Verde and limone Giallo

You are likely to have such taste( Raw or Bitter) when you apply the green lemon. I prefer the yellow lemon or orrange.

I use the word "cook" because when you allow the fish to sit for a long time before you grill, the fish becomes soft like something already on fire because of the acid. My observation.
