You can influence RankBrain. Optimizing your website and having a rubbish content are mutually exclusive.

SEO is a forever project. It is dynamic in that it changes periodically all thanks to algo updates. Given that, I wouldn't venture into anything that would cause me to spend days on GSC save I want to disavow links. I hope it isn't Smush?

We Nigerians need help.

How do you get picked up for backlinks if you are not ranking already? How do you rank for competitive keywords without back links? You can't rank for competitive keywords without backlinks.

So you build them and get them indexed. If not, it takes even up-to 3 months for Google index them depending on the referral domain.

You keep talking about Pogo sticking, as if it is a new thing in SEO. It is an important ranking signal that is why we don't joke with the 5 seconds rule when optimizing.
