Hello Good day. Please i need help with my UK Visa Application and this is my situation. please please take time out to read my long inquiry because its really bothering me.

I'm a first time visa applicant ( first time travelling) and this is my situation.
I applied for a 6 months visit visa and got declined. i received my passport on the 26th of september 2019. reason for refusal is that i indicated on my form that i will be contributing 200k and my sponsor ( my sister will be contributing 300k) my salary is 183,000 monthly and i also indicated on my form that my monthly expense is 150,000 ( this is not an exact figure, i actually dont track my monthly expenses because i live with my parents who take are of the bills and the only thing i spend money on is my car service maintenance and personal girly maintenance) I'm 34 years old and single. My visa was refused because my bank statement wasn't a true reflection of my financial circumstances according to ECO. I presented my Salary account just to show my salary monthly payment and my sister ( works with Goldman Sacks London as a permanent employee, almost 1 year spent so far) mentioned that she will be responsible for my trip in the invitation letter. I'm about to reapply in one week and these are the list of documents i want to present this time.
1. Cover letter refering to the previous refusal and explaining relevant documents.
2. my employment letter as well as other letters showing the different roles and responsibilities i have handled and salary increments ( i have worked with my organization for 6 years). Letter of introduction from my company and work ID.
3. picture evidence of myself and family members here in Nigeria to show ties, consent letter from my Dad to travel, our land use charge, showing owner occupied property.
4. My sister's bank statement, Pay slips, employment letter, tenancy agreement, residence permit, well explained letter of invitation.

This time i intend to completely remove my bank statements and make my sister the sole sponsor. please remember that she has a good job, although she paid out 5k pounds in august from her account which would be returned soon. does she have to explain this lodgement as a sponsor? please are these documents sufficient enough to procure a 6 months visit visa? also can i reapply again on the 8 of october 2019? is it to soon?.

From your explanation you messed the application by saying your monthly expenditure is 150k out of salary of 183k as a single person.(80 GBP is reasonable as monthly expediture)

33k X 6 is not up to 200k that you wanted to support yourself with. They believe you should have excess to take care of you after the travelling expenses

On the issue of removing your statement of account when reapplying is not advisable. You must demonstrate you have money to take care of you despite your sister is sponsoring you.

From the intended documents you want to submit, you dont have a strong tie in Nigeria because the landed property belongs to your dad not you. The only tie is your job

My advise is for you to take your time and build your account

which of the countries have u travel to before
Msadesina:
You need to see how pained i felt when i saw the decision. i explained everything paragraph by paragraph in a cover letter, i even used biro to highlight each payment on the statement but it seems the person chose which to look at. I decided on assisted service to avoid upload issues atleast i would be at peace knowing i attached everything for 10k.

Infact my supervisor said its impossible that the person reviewed my documents. I have been to other countries and never overstayed so why UK

It looks like the process of requesting for an admin review has changed. Anyone with new info should assist cos the link is still the same as old one

As of 1st October 2019, the Immigration Rules were changed to require all Administrative Review applications to be made online, unless your original application was made on a paper form.

Please note that any applications for Admin Review made via this email address rather than the online process will not be considered from 1st October 2019.

If you wish to make an Admin Review application, please visit the link below to submit online or find out about where paper applications are appropriate:

I want to use someone’s GTB dollar card to pay for visa and IHS fees. Does anyone have an idea of how much GTB charges as bank charges (if any). I want to ensure I have all the money needed in the account.

Please treat as urgent.

Good Morning. I have a question and I’d be really glad if someone could help me. I’m a US Green Card holder and my sons and my husband are US Citizens. We’re planning a trip and we’re gonna be transiting through London Heathrow on long layovers so we decided to explore London for a while before our next flight.

My question is:
1. I decided to apply for a 6 month visa even though I read on the UK.gov website that I might be eligible for Visitor in Transit visa or some other kinds of waiver as a US GC holder. Both legs of our trips are about a month apart so I decided to apply for a visa to stall unforeseen situations. Is that the way to go?

2. While filling out my application online, I got to a point where I was asked to fill in the travel documents for my dependents and family who will be accompanying me. I filled my husband’s passport details but my boys’ passports hasn’t come in the mail yet. Do I need to include them in my application even if they’re not gonna be needing visas? I ask because it can take up to 4 weeks to get their passport back and I need about 3 weeks to get my visa (to be on the safe side.). Our trip is near.

Please help! I apologize for the long story. Just trying to be as concise as possible

You'll likely get at NGN455/£ NGN456/£ or thereabouts.
For bank charges, no additional fee will be incurred.

In addition to the response you received earlier, if you see no free period till November but you can afford Assisted Service, you can check & see if you'll get available dates in October for Assisted Service.

Good luck!

Seen. Would have to pay for all applicants/members of family group.

However, when I select Flexi appointment, it automatically books me for premium lounge ‍♂️. I just want a flexible service and don’t need premium lounge.

Lol, seen that also. I selected another date and I could book for Flexi with self service. However, does it mean I can only walk in on that day? Because when I tried for my other dependent, I was getting a notification that the day has maxed out and I chose another day.
