For how long is it advisable to leave this type of burglary proofs only pending when the aluminum windows would be installed?

Perhaps one wants to safeguard the building from strangers coming into to do any nefarious activities by immediately installing doors and burglary windows alone

If your site is well secured you can installed only the sliding aluminum frame and after painting you will now put in your glass windows ( this can only work for sliding window only)
But if your site is not gated site, installed both the burglar bars and window at almost the same time to same guard your electrical wire and some plumbing stuffs

To safe guard the burglary bars again rust, red oxide paint will do that

Maybe this was my intended question gangan.. Yes plan to do burglary proof first for security reasons and to cut cost small since we are building in phases actually.

My fear is with the direct beating by weather conditions wouldn't the irons been weakened over time?

Yes I get you clearly.
Once your burglar proof bar done very well with good iron and well painted with RED OXIDE it won’t rust.

Please, can you let me know what a rough estimate for material and workmanship is to install a double gate? I've already purchased the gate so I'm expecting an estimate in the next day or so to have it installed. They need to build the pillars and everything else involved in installing the gate.

I just want to make sure the pricing I receive is around what someone should be expecting to pay.

Iron bender (iron, binding wire etc) 25-30k
Bricklayer (casting, cement, sand, granite, hanging of the gate) 35-40k

38k with all the materials and workmanship (cement, sand, iron, plank, labour etc ) if so that is a good deal, but make sure they use good materials/ good workmanship

Cement = 22,500
Bricklayer = 15K

Total = 94,500
