Few hours ago, I tried withdrawing through a POS machine. I received a debit alert from my bank, almost immediately but to my surprise, the customer's slip indicated transaction declined (declined by card). I flared up, ranted for some minutes, but i was told to come back in 48 hrs if I don't get a reverse alert. If you've been in such situation b4, I would like to know my chances of getting my money back. P.S. I've emailed my bank, nd they said I'll get a response from them in 24hrs. |

Ranting is of no use. You only need to log the error with your bank and it will be resolved |
