his website: www.joeellaautos.com does not exist, its fake! The guy is a criminal, he has been planning to scam you for long, taking advantage of trust as a result of previous deals that went through. But he cannot escape, and he seems to be hiding in Benin Republic. Do report the matter to EFCC, so they can freeze his accounts.

I asked why he used fake domain name and fake address

I also asked when the person absconded and why he kept requesting for more funds


I'm telling him to turn himself in and come clean. If all this happened. He could have given you another car as security that you're working on resolving his issues or communicated with you clearly.

I have checked his accounts, he has no money there. His other account with UBA has about 150k but is already frozen.

He isn't coming up with rational explanations but trying to solve it on his own. Although he has issues. Catching him in person won't resolve issues from what I deduced here. trying to talk him to provigiding you a car to hold as security while he resolve issues with your order.
