safarigirl: Where is the village meeting to take the children to?? There are parts of America where you do not have that many Nigerians. This identity thing is not that simple. I have cousins who were bred in America but identify more as Nigerians. BUT if a choice comes between Nigeria and America. They will choose America for sure. Why? All they know about Nigeria is corruption, rituals, kidnapping, 419 etc. Their parents usually run down Nigeria in front of them so their impression is negative. People can be proudly Nigerian and still decide to represent another country. But for identity, they will tell you, they are Nigerian. They only eat Nigerian food in their house by the way. In Nigeria, it is different. Even if you are born and bred in Lagos, you are not viewed as a lagosian. Your state is your father's state. |

Earthquake1: you don't think at all...... your reasoning is so low.... how does me wanting his son to play for us prevent or stop others in the country from not wanting to play for the super eagles.... a better phrase would have been.... I should extend same quest to other home groomed players.....but you choosed to go wayside.... the intelligent guy I quote(s) understands but rather than ask for clarification you quickly rush to comment and ask a foolish question..... 6 Likes 1 Share |

timay:Dele played as a CM in his first few games for Spuds. He also played as a LM in a 4-4-2 before he switched to AM. In his first two seasons - it was a big deal as he was a 20 year old that could play different positions. The first two screenshots was where he played at Crewe before he moved to Spuds. 1 Like
