skywalker95:Preventing the call from returning to the queue if you leave the page without working for a while. If you left a transcription say for 30 minutes, the page would read as inactivity and automatically return to the queue, but that is meant to give you time to leave the page without it returning to the queue. 1 Like |

Some customers are just foolish. After getting all the necessary explanation from a rep, they still keep asking the same dumb and foolish questions, thus unnecessarily increasing audio time. I almost broke the screen of my laptop because of one foolish customer that keeps asking dumb questions. Even though she knows the necessary procedure to follow and the rep providing her with clear explanation, she kept asking the same dumb questions. And to make things worse, her method of speaking is the mumbling type, whereby you will have to listen patiently to understand what she's saying. Just as I dey vex, the rep too dey vex . But the rep didn't make it obvious, you can easily deduce from the tone of her voice. |

Re: Self Employment Opportunity: Transcribing For A Living In Nigeria Part 1 by samsard(m): 10:07am On Oct 06, 2019 |
Sukueponmalu:Basically yes & no. It comes with a new card number but you can use the old gtpsecured profile to check balance and do other stuff. You do however need to add the new card to your mobile banking app. So, yes & no.a |
