Nigerians keep bashing themselves everywhere.
If you are on other groups or threads of some folks; maybe in the US or Canada, you'd hardly see such bashings especially as to linger for so long.
Where will these bashings take you guys to? Your country is badly damaged and you gotta do something about it cos no one will fix it for you, except you.
Without love, there's no Kingdom nor nation.

The OP; Amdman you guys are hailing and trolling over his thread is a Nigerian living in Canada (most likely). Has he ever thrown a shade at anyone? Yet, you guys who are supposed buyers are cursing. Not good guys.

PS: I'm Nigerian and I feel the pains of being one.
Amdman has thrown a jab at those who were hatching a plan to contribute money and buy a car from him so as to discredit his Canadian used cars.

Read the previous pages, you will definitely see where the shade was thrown.

This seems like a better deal for uber/taxify business than the average #1.5m Corrola in Lagos.
Don't go there Oga. Toyota is unbeatable in reliability and durability. In modern day cars, there are very few brands that can give you wonderful service at odometer reading of 250, 000 and above.
In that aspect, Toyota is no 1, no 2 and No 3

How hypocritical. One would have expected underbody rust would be of primary concern to you and the determining factor for your interest with the way you demonized Canadian cars and not Stick shift..

So if it turns out to be Auto, underneath the body won't matter anymore right? After all rust can be worked on. Thank God no be only you get eye as person don already ask how him go pay.

It was only jealousy all along.

Vehicle purchase is a process. A standard advert would carry a vin so we don't have to guess, undercarriage rust check is a must before I part with hard earned money weather the car is in Lagos or Canada as long as it's being sold by an individual and not on an auction site.

Stop the assumptions

No assumptions here. It was you who created a thread stating Canadian cars were cheap cos of rust and why it is bad to buy such a car.

Also somewhere on this same thread, you replied someone who wondered what you were still doing on this thread that you were looking for a cheap "RUST Free" deal. You made it a point to to highlight rust free in your response.

So here is such a deal and you betrayed you earlier position by failing to demand underbody pictures first. Which means rust didn't actually matter

So cut the long English, people who have been calling you out aren't all fools and can see through your gimmicks.

This right here is a good deal. And even if it turns out a stick shift, a lot of manual enthusiasts would gladly pay for it. So park well abeg.

Although I've made my point and would have ignored further mentions from you, I just had to open the link if not for anything, but to be educated and this is my response.

GAZZUZZ:
In summary not all Canadian cars are bad, just do due diligence before paying for one

This was your final conclusion that not all Canadian cars are bad but due diligence was needed.

To be fair to you, I'll pretend to act surprised that despite all your years in auto repairs, you're just finding out that before any car is purchased (be it American, Canadian, Europe or Naija used) due diligence is needed and advised.

But the truth remains that you have seen that these deals are good, your plans to ruin the business failed and now you possibly plan on start bringing in Canadian cars yourself for cheap and know rust would or might be an issue hence the attempt to backtrack on your earlier position which was just borne out of the desire to pull the Op down and not actually because you cared about rust.
