As a buyer, you'll complain about a product you received which isn't as described by the seller hence requesting for a fix, replacement or refund depending on how critical the issue is and as a seller, you have to verify the claims of a buyer before looking for the best solution and how to work things out, cuz some buyers will tell you a phone is faulty, it has this and that, just because they want to back out on a deal or when they've caused the issue themself. So this issue was approached from a seller's and buyer's perspective respectively. In my opinion, from the response from both parties so far, both parties did what they are meant to do so nobody is to be blamed. The main thing here is getting the issue solved. I believe it has been settled now. Wildchild1 and Baadal More deals ahead of you..! On a side note, buyers also need to understand that these items being sold as TLC wasn't actually accessed by the seller or picker, hence, it can come up with little issues not detected on the pickup spot, but not extreme issues like icloud lock, cracked screen, dead phone etc this is where the seller and buyer has to come together and sort things out. Also, sellers shouldn't use this as an Avenue to secure faulty items all because they want to make money and put the wahala on someone's head with the mindset that shebi we'll kuku settle it, let me use his money first. With all those faults listed. Some ppl still tryna defend wildchild? Thats laughable. And thats why nigeria is bleeped. We never look at the 'what' only the 'who'. I laugh when i see ppl say vouch for this and that. It won't save you neither will those vouching save you. IMO Baadal should be refunded. With all those faults stated he needs 100% justice. Cos theres no how picker wont know about at least one of the issues. Baadal sent me the video and it's too obvious.
