Kindly try Dudu Osun soap. It should be N220 or N250. Bathe with it and apply on the face as u would do regular cream. Massage into the skin until it blends in with no soap residue left.

Visit a teaching hospital and get a dermatologist to look it. However you have to prepared that it may have to learn to live with it. Dry skin conditions can be stubborn attimes. Some medications may help, some may keep the flakiness and dryness at bay. Some may be steroids which will actually destroy your skin overtime so you have to be very careful of what you use on your face.

Your best bet is to get a moisturising face lotion or cream. Diluted glycerin works well too plus it is also cheap. You can use either till you get an appointment. Manage it and don't think about it.

Wash your towel every week or don't wipe your face after bathing. If it's just your face avoid unnecessary contact with it(stop putting your unwashed hands on your face)

Maybe it's ringworm

Sometimes there isn't much you can do about Psoriasis.

Dnt be using any kind of soap, I will suggest u use and stick to black soap, like dude osun and the local one.

Check if any of your parents or relatives have the same skin. I don't see it as a big deal, you may also change soap . You can use Toilet soap like lux or those infant soap.

Bathe morning and night with medicated soap you will be fine..

But first good hygiene.. And also use only Vaseline on your skin.. Don't complicate things

It is very good for the skin. You skin cells will be well hydrated.
Also, your skin type might support it. Your skin looks dry. If you are using many facial products, it will be stripping your skin of oils.
Change your soap to a mild toilet soap and get a good facial moisturiser. Try St. Ives face moisturiser.
