Please I seriously want to encourage us with the of Google in getting whatever information you may need. All you need to do is type whether word or sentence and search. If you don't get exactly what you are looking for, re-phrase and for sure you will either get it or something close to it. By so doing it makes learning quick. Most questions asked here are just ones that answers are just readily available, but people cant just take a step of finding it. In this Jet age. I keep wondering how some persons will survive in Germany. Don't wait to be spoon fed, research and add knowledge. 3 Likes 1 Share |

BBiggie: It's just as the names suggests it to be, a health insurance policy that will cover her in case she falls ill or related, along the line of her transit and arrival to Germany before she obtains her resident permit. It's just like NHIS in Nigeria but for immigrants in transit. I did mine with Axa Mansard online and it was instantaneous, you get it as soon as you make payment with your card. I did six months for 17k+. There are others like Mawista Visum and Coracle health insurance from Germany but I will just advise you to go for the Nigerian own cos it's less expensive, the likes of Aiico, IGI and Leadway, but I can only talk of Axa Mansard because it's the only one I have done. |

What are the chances of one getting scholarship @Germany? Can one get via sch? Or from external organization? |

rkarang: There is a high probability depending on the course and availability. Your best bet is to start from daad.de 2 Likes |

demigod9: Hey, register for any university whose admission has opened and fill their application to generate their application forms. Go to the embassy and get your docs certified. When your preferred school application opens, print their own application form and add it to your already certified application documents (note that the embassy will staple all the documents in 1 set together with each school’s application form), dont tamper with it. Just print your preferred school application form when it opens and put it in the envelope you are sending and write a short note stating you already certified your documents before their application opened and part of the rules to certify a document at the German embassy is to come along with the school’s application form. The school knows this, uni assist knows this, I have done this before with self funded admission and scholarship and it was accepted. About 2 guys on this thread I know have done it before. All the university/uni assist want to see is your signed application form and the embassy’s stamp and comments on your documents which will be at the back of the last paper. Make sure you do 5 sets and bring the remaining to Germany juss Incase you find the first course funny, so you can japa and apply for another admission with your remaining certified docs. ![]() 9 Likes 3 Shares |

Thewizardof0zil: 2 Application for Visa forms placed face down 2 signed declaration forms on top of them 2 photocopies of your passport data page next. 2 photocopies of your FSLC next with your original placed separately (I didn’t have this and I asked here a few days ago. When I told him that I didn’t have it, he asked me to move on to the next document) 2 photocopies of an old document eg old library card, baptismal certificate etc (at least over 5years old) to verify your age next with the original placed on the FSLC WAEC or NECO photocopies then their originals on their respective piles University degree next, NYSC, Admission letter (one translation before the other) Hand written letter of Motivation next, Curriculum Vitae, Blocked Account document next Then any other supporting document you have. One original and 2 photocopies each. He then pinned the 3 piles of documents together, sighted our visa fees, gave us a gate pass and sent us in. 9 Likes 2 Shares |

ajeleseujn: Egypt Air allow One-Way ticket, going by the experience of a friend on Nairaland. You need to ask them at their office before you book your flight. Their fare is relatively cheaper. Enjoy your flight. |

Re: General German Student Visa Enquiries Part 7 by Chuukwudi(m): 7:38am On Oct 09, 2019 |
Please, I have a few questions to ask. 1. This is about Reference letter which I'm about to get. If about 5 schools need reference letters from my lecturer, how will it be addressed.? How is it usually written? Will it be directed to the schools individually, say for instance;
Or.... Will it be written in a more general way without directing it to anyone in particular so I can apply to numerous schools with it without editing it? Eg;
2. Can I send my student copy transcript to uni assist or should I ask my university to mail it to them themselves? The later might take time, I'm afraid. 1 Like 1 Share |
