Senior Pastor of Omega Fire Ministry, Apostle Johnson Suleman, has charged all Christians to pray for the President of the United States, Donald Trump.

Trump is currently facing an impeachment inquiry from House Democrats over a phone call in July 25 in which he (Trump) asked Vlodimir Zelinskiy, Ukraine president, to investigate Joe Biden, a likely opponent in the 2020 election.

It was learnt that in the US, it is illegal to ask foreign entities for help winning election.

Reacting to the development, Trump says it is a witch-hunt and he did nothing wrong.

However, Suleman in a tweet via his official Twitter handle on Tuesday, said that the impeachment inquiry was unnecessary, calling Trump an imperfect man like everybody else.

He wrote;

“It’s so crazy seeing the way America media fight Donald Trump.

“Now you want to impeach him over a phone call?

“I know foolishness is free but must you have an overdose of it?

“The man is imperfect we all are. Pls let this man be.

“All Christians please pray for Donald Trump.”

We all have to admit that President Trump is a good man and shouldn't be impeached. Call him racist or whatever you want but he is really delivering all he promised. I respect apostle suleiman but he doesn't know what he's talking about. House of representatives in which Democrats are majority does not have power to impeach a sitting president of the United States. Whatever decision that is reached by them will only end up in the US senate and Republicans are the majority in the senate. Mitch McConnell who is the majority leader is a staunch supporter of Donald Trump same with over 90% of republican senators so there's no way Trump can be impeached. Not as long as Republicans remain in control of the senate.
