What’s more saddening is seeing them exchanging fire with insurgents like they are mates.

Our military’s fire power, gadgets and technology should be more sophisticated and intimidating to the insurgents. That’s the only way to end the madness.

The insurgents need to feel foolish anytime they encounter our military. Only then will they abandon the avoidable war and embrace peace.

This is good to counter BOKO videos. If you watch carefully, you'll notice that the soldier used a mounted camera while shooting at the same time. A shot came at a time and the camera shook at the same time. They are definitely at advantage here allowing coverage of the music.

God bless you for your observation. Though there are some bad eggs among these guys but your observation is one of the reasons why we need to pray and encourage this guys. It is not easy to fighting terrorists in the north. No cover, someone can see you from a very long distance without any obstruction. Only those who have not been to the core north come to nairaland to say trash.

Army battalion have professionals among them like medical doctors and cameral men when on war front.

They lack tactics.. from the video they were just in a mess and state of chaos.

I have no pity for any soldiers that accepted to goto war front without safe guard, bullet proof and head guard

The war have the backing of the west and middle east.
1. Most of BH Boys weapon are made in Turkey, America... How were they able to access them if not with support of suppliers in the black market those countries? I know that their is a cap to a weapon produced by these companies (private/government).
2. The war became intensified when our country reached it's highest GDP,Economic growth of double digit and more so when our economy was debased and became the largest in Africa and one of the fastest growing in the world.
I suspects that it's a plan by the middle east country backed by the west to distablised the country so that we will be depending on them for survival. The west and middle east are the major beneficiary of what is happening to us. No serious investor will love to invest in an unsecured environment hence, looking for other market where their investment can be protected.
Remember they said Nigeria can't survive beyond 2015? Yea,according to various West commentators. We survived that!
With trillion of nairas spent of the war,that monies could have fix our infrastructural deficit and probably eliminated medical tourism and reduced the amount of our patriots seeking education in the west.
