The same Benitez ran the same team Zidane won ucl with to the ground.

I like you use to rate coaches
i used to rate them both on the same level, but the work benitez did with Newcastle gives him the edge.

If not that benitez performances always give mixed thoughts, Zidane no be em mate.

Zidane is a very lucky bastard and he knows it.
No wonder he refused to take the united job and ran away to qatar or wherever he ran to.

Nigga's job at that madrid was simple. Choose the most informed players, make the whole squad happy and allow the top, experienced players at their peak to do their thing on the pitch.

No wonder he ran away when sensed that some of their peaks are over. Fraud

Emenalo: “I defended the academy when there was pressure and doubt and pessimism. There was a time when there was a clamour to do more and a manager came in to make a presentation to say the academy was not necessary."

Emenalo: "The argument was it takes too long, we don’t have time, we should use it to make some money here and there, and that the owner should stop pumping money into it because it seemed like a waste. But that wasn’t my idea and I had to fight against it."

Emenalo: "This is where I am very, very proud of the owner Roman Abramovich because of the trust he had in me and the willingness to listen to me and give the academy time. He would not abandon it. He believed in it and in me, and I can’t thank him enough for that.”

Emenalo: “When you implement a policy, you expect it to work. But sometimes the timing or how it is going to work is not so sure. What’s happened with these boys, you can only feel pride. Not just for the boys, but I'm thankful for the effort of a lot of people"

Emenalo: "...coaches and staff, people at the academy, the first-team scouting and loan departments, secretaries, all these people who have had a lot of input into all of these boys succeeding. Of course, you always need some luck"

Emenalo: "and that luck has come with the transfer ban and with the appointment of someone like Frank and his assistants, Jody Morris and Joe Edwards. That’s what you need. It doesn’t mean it will be smooth sailing from here, it just shows that it is possible.”

Emenalo: "The policy was always to have the players grow together and to grow the culture. You saw it at Barcelona with Xavi, Iniesta and Busquets. You get a real culture of boys who understand and care about the club. Look at the celebration at Southampton."

Emenalo: "The first two who arrived to Tammy were Mount and Hudson-Odoi. Then when Mount scored, it was Tammy and Hudson-Odoi. Tomori couldn’t get up the pitch fast enough! You build a really, really wonderful football culture"

Emenalo: "A Chelsea culture and this is where identities come from and these guys will play and care for this club for years and years and years to come. It’s amazing what is unfolding."

Emenalo: “One key area we changed was the training methods. You would see these young lads join the first team and they were knackered after 40 mins. You're asking young lads to play with Lampard and Essien, who played 65 games a season and had the endurance capacity of lions"

Emenalo: "and they were not ready for it. So we implemented the fact that every player in the academy played 45 games, whatever sort of games they were. So, for example, Jay Dasilva played for the Under-18s, the U19s and the U23s to play at least 45 games."

Emenalo: "I thought that would equate to 25 games in the Championship or League One and that’s progress. They learned how to deal with fatigue and they could look the part when they trained with the first team. Then there was the loan programme."

Emenalo: "We realised one reason coaches were coming in and taking players from another team was they could see them in a different context, so why not put our best academy players in this context?"

Emenalo: “You see Andreas Christensen playing for Borussia Monchengladbach, playing in the Champions League against Manchester City and when the coach comes he says ‘ok if this guy can play at that level then he can play for me’. That immediately breeds confidence."

Emenalob “Of course, it didn’t always work and we had to change and adapt but it was beneficial to the boys. Look at Mount, he played a season at Vitesse and a season at Derby, so he’s ready. Tammy, the same at Bristol City, Swansea and Aston Villa."

Emenalo: "Tomori at Brighton, Hull and Derby. CHO is different, but you always get one exceptional talent and the games and training helped him. The idea is at some point, you only have to top up 30 or 40% with those big signings. The other 60 or 70% are players from the academy"

Emenalo: "That leaves you to buy exceptional talents from the transfer market. I think Chelsea are close to that now. You want a scenario where you have £600million of talent from the academy and you only need to spend another £200m to get it over the top.”

Emenalo: “The owner wanted to know what was going on. He watched the young players on television and made notes, and he sent me questions. He was in town when the final was on in 2015 and he wanted to see what the academy looked like. It was fun for him to do that..."

Emenalo: "and to pick out a few players to watch. He’s an unbelievable owner because he struck a good balance with being able to support the first team and support the academy at the same time. He’s won a lot of trophies and his patience with the academy is paying off.”
#CTSR
Emenalo: “I think this will be like a validation for the owner and a certain sense that he is again being the trendsetter in doing something that others are trying to do and struggling to do. So I think he will enjoy that. Ultimately, he loves to see the club lift trophies..."

Emenalo: "but for this season, I like to think as long as the team are above 10th, then he will enjoy the fact that all the boys are coming through and playing great football. It is a success, it is like lifting a trophy.”

If you are using 3 Champions title to rate Zidane then he is better than all the coaches in the world even fergie except Ancelotti. Do you agree with that ? If it's no then you see raumdeuter logic is stupid. Pep a bald fraud and a cheque book merchant but when it comes to comparisism between him and Zidane the latter is ten times better.

Zidane and Ancelotti are better than Pep.
Pep is better than SAF.

There is no way the football will be breathtaking to you because your club was at the receiving end

Lol.

AFC beat Jupp 2-0 in Munich. That is how your illogic works.

Effective football is not necessarily breathtaking.

That Jupp came back to coach 4 years after shows his first retirement was what? Exactly what I said; forced out of him because nobody knew he would be that successful when Bayern went to meet Pep at the end of 2011/12 season.

Messi won UCL before Fraudiola joined Barca and won it after he left. So we cant say without Fraudiola Messi wouldn't have won it. Has Fraudiola won UCL,, without Messi? Only one answer, NO.

Let him prove us wrong that he's not a fraud, carried by those 3 midgets in Barca that time. Must he spend 2billion before winning another UCL?

How many games did Messi play in his first UCL?

Not like Guardiola that Barca won the Champions league just 3yrs before he came in.

Try and think. If Inter and Porto had won it before..what is the big deal? Benitez won the UCL for Liverpool too but people still give Klopp his dues.

I asked you which manager before Pep won 6 titles in one season. How many years before Pep was it done?

A Barca team that went trophyless, sold their best players and were 16pts or more behind RM in the league the previous season became favourites, how?

Barca without a coach was reaching 100points. Spain before pep used iniesta and xavi to dominate a competition.

The bolded is fallacy. Ronaldinho turned the tide of El classico not pep. Barca were a mess before Ronaldinho and Rijkaard. It was both(plus others but mainly those two) that set Barca on a path of domination.

Why is 100pts a big deal if Pep had done 99pts just 2 seasons removed?

Where is the superstructure argument here to help you?

Abi that superstructure only works when Pep wins. The other coach should have also won 5 more titles that same year to prove that Barca was the formula not the coach.

Even Chelsea with a caretaker could win the ucl and fà in record time. Spain won a competition but did not dominate point of correction. They needed a penalty shoot out to knock out an azzuri side without pirlo, gattuso and most of the other senior players that won World Cup 2006 with them. Your other points are dead on arrival.el-classico results with Ronaldinho was 4- 1 and 0-1 all in favour of Madrid.

This is the dumbest Shiit I have read today.

What resources has Ferguson not have access to?? Funds?? players?? Dude had a Ronaldo, Rooney, Giggs,Van Der Saar,Vidic,Scholes in his starting 11.All world class players. How much are this players in today's evaluations??No football Club in the world can assemble this team so far as today's market is concerned and dude lost a champions league final to a Yaya Toure at CB and Busquet who had barely kicked a ball at the highest level of football

Not taking anything away from Fergie but just because the transfer market is over bloated doesn't mean the resources was not there for Fergie. That again Fergie decided to pilot his own affairs without necessarily signing some Ronaldinho or Raul to win doesn't mean the funds wasn't the. Smh
