I would think that semen with sperm count of 138.2 million is very much enough for conception, considering the fact that only 15 to 20 million is considered fertile.

PLS house my hubby has 11.4sperm count...4% motility actively and 45% sluggish :total of 49% motility..d doctor placed him on addyzoa,afretaron,and rovigon..pls is dh any success story on this...some one scared me with ivf..pls help me am so drowned with this . U need an average of 15million motility of ur sperm cells to be able to pregnate a woman
So try treatment for the staphylococcus this will make things faster and easier for your wife to concieve

U have a large sperm count but what matters most is their activities, ability of the sperm to swim very well without problem to the woman's egg , infact if you have just 20million active, motility sperm ur woman will concieve very easily
