If your reason for using sebamed is cos of the rash, honestly don't bother cos it will clear. Its new born rash and normal. Sebamed is pricey and not easily gotten.

There are various formulas, I have personally tried, Nan, Lactogen, peak
I used to feed my baby every 3-4 hours that made my baby gain weight then. A baby recipe class also helped my baby add weight, but that's for 6months and above.

Mama, I agree with the poster above. Pls, get help. I remember when i had my baby. There was no one to help me and DH out for good 4days( I was in d hospital, had CS). It affected my baby badly cos dh was d one caring for him, I broke down in tears before we thought of asking for help. We had to call one of our Christian friend who helped out for 2 days before my MIL arrived. That's one baby o.... Please, if u can get an elderly nanny....pay her please. A trusted church member can assist u too. Pele mama Ibeji.

Sincerely it’s sickening was almost admitted yesterday,I have someone here all she does is just bath babies in the morning and the rest is left for me DH help in carrying sometimes but u know it won’t be like.i do vertualy everything myself.am really looking for nanny now told my pastor he said nextweek it’s like that nextweek is nextyear

Iya ibeji you are ftm and in addition a ftm to twins. I do not think you can do this by yourself . Taking care of a baby is a full time job talkless of 2 babies. You need help the only way you can properly take care of your babies is if you have full time assistance. You can get a paid help that will resume in the morning and close in the evening if you do not have any relatives to help. The person does not even have to do much for the babies but can help you with things like laundry,house cleaning etc. I really feel for you I don't have twins but I know how tough it was for me to adjust to taking care of a baby when I had my first child even though my mom was with me.

Good evening mamas. pls, DS has this strong cough and cattarh and its been over a week now.....since I can't give cough syrup, I have tried keep him warm, steam inhalation, silverbird and metholatum but its still there. The cough is so strong that he vibrates when coughing..... I need help on what to do. He is 7months plus. Thank you.
