My appointment was for 7am, I got there 6am, went in at 8am, there was a lot of people and the delay was much.  My name wasn't on the list and on getting inside my file wasn't found.  

They had to open a new file for me and my family which took a lot of time. I wasn't asked any question, but was asked to provide w2 from my petitioner and co sponsor. 

I will be submitting that tomorrow with our passport. 

Left the embassy around 11:30am.

You have to submit your petitioner's tax return even if he doesn't have any income, but then all financial documents of your joint sponsor will be needed ie the w2, tax transcript, proof of domicle, 1-864affidavit of support, proof of citizenship. .

What documents you will be needing to submit for your petitioners household member will be listed to you wen you get to that stage ..in my case I submitted affidavit of support form for householdmember, proof of citizenship, proof of domicile, tax return,w2..

congrat my sister please what are they documents you went to the embassy with ? And how did you go about the npc birth certificate I have one but it’s laminated someone told me that I should try and get another one that they may not accept laminated document

Actually its not. Its not allowing to submit civic documents even though all documents have been uploaded. But I believe I have identified the problem. You can only submit civic documents when all the applicants and derivatives(accompanying members) have been uploaded. But in our case, we have had to remove children (my sibling & I) that have aged out. But the removal is not immediate, its currently showing "under review" from NVC(as shown in the screen shot). Please anyone been in this shoes before? Anyone remove someone not accompanying? I want to know how long it would take to be effected. By the way am filling the application for my parent under f4.

Once the kids are removed, you will be able to submit.

Scheduling of interview is based on when you become Current after receiving Welcome letter snd you uploaded all document you will be documentary qualified that is all your documents recieved and no checklist after which you wait until pd becomes current.

When the final action date shows your priority date then you are current at this point you will be expecting interview letter

I was current in August, I got document qualified in August 11 and was scheduled for interview in Oct. It was a very fast one.

I went to the embassy with birth certifcate, marriage certificate, form 1-864, police certificate but then they requested that I bring tax return and w2 which I submitted later after the interview. .
If u have the long form attestation of birth from npc then you are good to go, nobody is rejecting any form based on lamination, my marriage certificate is laminated and it was accepted

Great news!!! A federal judge has block the new trump immigration rules(public charge rule) that was meant to go jnto effect on tuesday 15th October. This rule would have made it more difficult for people applying for permanent residency to qualify. Lets all hope it stays that way.

they will also block that one too watch out. That is one thing I love with amaricans they have rule of law. And beside if your petitioner can buy you short term insurance or can demonstrate that he or she can pay for any medical issue that may come out while you are there then you should not worry. By the way you can not get other countries visa with out insurance

You just have to keep trying or u can email ur document for ur petitioner (hopefully, with good internet) to upload. Our network here sometimes is so terrible, any slight break in network can frustrate. There was no problem with logging in today though.

Please any suggestions house...we've already picked up our visas ( F3). Wen we went for medicals last month, my kids didnt get the complete dose of vaccines required and I was told they can take it wenever it's available at any hospital of my choice.. the vaccines left are chicken pox, hbv2, mmr... What do you mean by supersede? If you are saying a co sponsor then you are good to go.

For a F4 visa i dont think anyone can subsitute the petitioner as in the i864nz affidavit of support there is no room for it however for i864 on the basis for filling the affidavit of support there is option for desased petitioner

Yes, a US citizen spouse can if the present petitioner F4 will takes a very long process.

you need to wait for them to check.i have uploaded my document too and waiting for them to check.they mostly check once a month.
