Please help needed. A mum wants to apply for PR with her son. She is seperated from the child's dad who has not been very supportive and hasn't contributed much to the well being of the child, the divorce process is still in court. Will she need the father's consent when she is to submit their application.

As far as studentsknow, there’s a reason why more people, than it ever was, are passing now—although this unfortunately results in high CRS cutoffs; it is because more efficient tutors have entered the scene, and it will be good for everyone to know of this opportunity to boost their scores. If this was a ssomeone would have said it long ago.
I’m sorry boss for sounding like I don’t appreciate efforts from tutors, it’s even not in my place not to. People need help and they should get it where needed.
I asked a friend of mine to join Nairaland yesterday even before all these started, so she can contact you for help in the writing section which she did, I have proof. I wouldn’t do that if I thought you were a scammer. I was just trying to say people should do their findings before jumping in. My apologies again.

Permit me to chook mouth inside this matter. I have been on this thread for a long time, although I rarely comment, and I knew when Johnny started this IELTS coaching. I don't think at first he was collecting money but with testimonies and more people asking for help he started charging a token for it. Can you blame the guy, e no easy na

Remark-3times (one changed)

Firstly, after I saw my result on September 20th, I paid for the next exam and contacted @blissnenye on September 21st. I paid that same day for 1 week coaching with her.
I remember when I contacted her and she asked how many times I had written, I said I had no idea. She was like I shouldn’t hide that information from my tutor and I told her I wasn’t ashamed but I had no intention of counting it until I passed. @Blissnenye is the best.
Also, a friend I met on this forum coached me on task 1 within the same week. Thank you so much Babatunde(we got connected because I was meant to coach him on reading but he ended up teaching me)

Additionally, for every result I did not make, I made sure I got a document ready. I Went to Alagbon for PCC when I saw Sept 7th result. I have also done medicals too. I collected my reference letter from HR after I saw my Aug 29th result. It should be noted I did all these with faith. It is only my proof of fund that is not ready and maybe choosing the right NOC.

Finally, I have to add that, for people that have written this exam more than once, it is important you don’t believe the report of friends and family who says this journey might not be God’s will for your life because of the number of times you have written it. Only believe God’s Report!!

In conclusion, Determination, Perseverance and Faith is key for this journey. Eyes on the Prize.

Please I need advice so I do not misrepresent in anyway. I got ITA on 2nd October and I'm done with filling my forms and uploading all documents in my profile. I got nomination from Manitoba where I have a relative (1st cousin -spouse' cousin). My spouse's youngest sibling is in Alberta (schooled there) and has been for over 8 years but not a PR nor citizen yet. Sibling just got NOI from Alberta and has filled family details which includes spouse' details as well. Some friends have said I should not include sibling under my spouse details for family member as it will look as if we have no intention of settling in Manitoba right from the onset. I am not too comfortable doing that as it will be seen as misrepresentation.
Please I need advice so I don't shoot myself on the leg.
