Sumam: There is no straight procedure for paper route application. Simply gather the required and supporting documents as per the IRCC document checklist via IRCC WEBSITE., Walk down to VFS at Lagos or Abuja, whichever is close to you and submit your application. You're expected to book an appointment prior to undergoing an upfront medical exam. You will be given two weeks interval from the date you booked the appointment. Police Character Clearance is processed at CID headquarters, Alagbon Ikoyi, Lagos. It cost 5k depending on your bargaining skills. |

Olatycoon: I don't think police report has any effect on the outcome of any application. Submitted or not, it doesn't matter. Your focus should be trying to convince the visa officer 'why you should be considered for a study visa, backed with credible docs. All the best man |

1. I will advise you defer ur program to a later date, as Nov is obviously late to apply for Visa for Jan resumption.. As we have seen of recent on this thread, there has not been any quick positive decision from CIC, the final decision we see that comes within a month or 2 are always refusals. So u have to defer ur admission to either May or September so u can have enough time to prepare to depart after ur approval. 2. Yea, u can do upfront medicals and police certificate.. NOTE:Police certificate isnt compulsory for study permit application. especially if you have submitted i in ur previous application so many peeps here have gotten approved without Police certificate (I personally know of 8 peeps that got approved without it). But if you are a 1st time applicant, then u can submit it. 4. Since u are no more in the EE pool, then dts good.. But mind you, they already have ur record that u were once in the EE pool, so they will know u already have the intention of not coming back to Nigeria even after ur study in Canada, but that isnt a prolem tho as we have seen someone here in previous thread getting approval even with his EE status. In all this, Canada application is just by Gods grace cos even the most qualified still get rejected and the least qualified get approved, so it still boil down to the grace of God.. Do ur best in putting a tight appication and ask for Gods favour on ur application.. I hope this helps.. Peace Sumam: 2 Likes |

aroj05: Thank yOu so much but Please if i indicate that i will be going with spouse wont it raise question of family ties? As i initially intended to use them as family ties . As for PR i believe you are talking about EE which many factors including finance isnt making the option favourable as i have intensely investigated. Also do you happen to know which provinces offer free day care services i would like to see if i can explore the schools there.thanks again |
