So the Jefferyzz came to me for PayPal Funds and I rejected his offer since am only a Picker/exchanger..and sometimes I sell PayPal funds if available.
Even as at that time, I still have roughly $30 in my account but his Offer was too low for me....after him a guy came to me and sold $15 to him and he gave review here, with the screen shot I sent to him.
