What could be the cause of my phone not receiving instant notifications when connected using data (SIM CARD) but will receive all accumulated notifications or instant notifications if connected to Wi-Fi?

This has been happening for a while.

Why abusing the seller? Did you check the processing/shipping timeframe declared by the seller? Or maybe the ish is with the courier that hasn't pickup the package yet. If the seller wan wicked you, he'll just cancel your order midway, then you'll have to start afresh (with another store).

Check if you restricted sync to WiFi only, it is from your settings not really a Xiaomi Problem

The system you connected it to last corrupted the drive, it happened to me sometimes this year. Use Checkdisk to repair the bad sectors then you use system administrator to assign admin privileges to the drive again before it would become accessable
