I write this code from an app am using to learn JavaScript and it show error on my side but when I clicked it on the app it work

Dont just go around copying codes, as a beginners there are many basic things you should spend your time learning which are variables, array, functions, loops etc I advise you use a complete beginner pdf book.

window.plugin is a custom library and your code will only work if you can link such library to your code and this will be if the developers are willing to give you access to such code.
if you're done learning fundamentals I will advice you start doing your own code and learn more by reading complete codes of open source project e.g JQuery, bootstraps etc

- learn to code small app by yourself
- learn new tricks from open source code from gitub projects

If what you want to learn is programming in the real sense if the word, don't start with web programming. Get your head tuned in using real programming languages like Java. You don't need to learn it to the bits per say. Just to get your head wrapped around programming logic.

Starting with web apps, and in essence html, Css, will get your brain boxed into a corner, and when you want to go into real programming, you will find out that you will want to give up . Download the PDF... Learning programming using Java for the dummy. The dummy series has a lot of books in programming,and they break down things in such a way that a beginner can understand . Weily publishers and O'Reilly publishers really helped my life.

Make sure that learning algorithms and data structures is in your future plans.
