But from what I heard Achike Udenwa tried also and Ohakim 4 years at the helms of affairs was better than Mr. Iberiberism's 8 wasteful years

It is even an insult comparing Imo state governors to their Abia state counterparts. Udenwa, Ohakim, and even Rochas were far better than any governor from Abia. Abia is cursed with very bad and rotten leadership. The solid structures still standing there were mostly built by Sam Mbakwe. Aba is one of the cities in Nigeria with very huge economic and human potentials yet the government can't fully tap into these resources to become great. Anambra realised this with Onitsha and nnewi, look at where they are today.

When it comes to bad governance, Abia stands alone in the SE. Umahi is really making sure Ebonyi is catching up with the rest in infrastructural development and if this current trend continues, Abia will board last.

Chris Ngige single handedly built Anambra after the unexpected separation from Enugu. workers from Anambra were pushed away to Awka that has no offices or accommodation.. everything was built in Enugu as the capital city neglecting the State, till today only that capital city is the only developed place in Enugu, the rest of the place is Bush...but in Anambra, awka is even the least popular and developed place in Anambra, lots of beautiful places in Anambra....Ngige and Obi made the best partners and governors in southeast biko...

It depends on what you local guys understand by performing, the way you rate politicians performance because of one fly-over or one roundabout project decorated with flowers is not enough to be celebrated.
In advanced countries citizens hold their leaders more accountable, don't settle for glorified cheap projects.

It's always not been roads and infrastructures.

If you talk of Education in the whole South East, even Osibanjo knows Peter Obi did that best.
