No you can't, TransferWise is not a bank

But it proves my funds, UKVI can verify it from TransferWise and it is a regulated financial institution.

That will not work, Transferwise is money transfer agent and not a bank. Transfer the money to a bank

Good morning house, Please where are those who are applying for Tier-4 dependant visa for their wives/husband. Please help. What documents are my to submit, and how do we submit the documents Online during online application/hard copy during biometric appointment. Please help i want to apply for my wife. I am already in the UK. My school international office are not forthcoming with realtime info on that.

If you go few pages back you would see it spelt out.
After applying and paying Visa Fee and IHS , you would be taken to TLS page and you can then upload your documents there if you wish, then your dependants won't need to take the hard copy to TLS again or you can take there and use "assisted" which you will pay for.

@justwise please is it possible to use my TransferWise account statement for my living expenses proof? I'm starting an MSc in January 2020. Paid the fees in full, but I currently have the living expenses in my GBP transferwise account. Transferwise is regulated by the government and has a backing from a registered bank, so would that be a problem?

I don't think you can.
I'm aware that one can't use PayPal or Revolut or similar money transfer entities as proof of funds for a visa application, so I would think that the same will apply to TransferWise.

I also have a TransferWise account so I'm well aware of the slight difference between it and the other money transfer entities in terms of the bank account details generated for account holders in the borderless bank account, but that bank account is not yours (the holder's). It's still a TransferWise account wherein by special arrangement they use your name to differentiate your payments when they come in, so you cannot generate a bank statement in your name from those banks and nor does the TransferWise statement you can generate have much value w.r.t visa purposes, unfortunately.

My advice would be for you to transfer that sum to a Nigerian bank account in your name and then make your application. Yes, you will lose somewhat on the exchange rate and transfer fees, but that can't be helped.

Lastly, for any others in the same shoes, in future, if you have such arrangements (many people opened TransferWise accounts to keep the value of their money stable at the time when the naira was losing so much value in 2016-17), it is advisable to pay your fees from that account and present your Nigerian (verifiable) bank account to the embassy for visa purposes.

No I haven’t been given a CAS. Should be receiving one this week.

I sent them an email with the info on the UKBA website and they insisted that I had to apply from my home country because the extension didn’t apply to me.

Yes. Done by International Organization for Migration (IOM) either in Abuja or Lagos

I remember oanda from the days of HSMP , it was the only conversion (rate) website used UKBA

i applied I just got a conditional offer today. So I want to accept the Admission first.

in short I applied yesterday morning and I was given a conditional offer this afternoon. I am expected to accept the offer before 26th of November.

What exactly did u apply for if you don't mind telling me, coz I applied for a masters program on the 3 of this month and up until now I haven't gotten any response from them and am getting worried

starting to wonder why the delay honestly, I applied for multimedia public relations had a 2:2 studied Mass communication. The only reply I got was one credibility survey thing last week Thursday ND till now no other feedback, am applying via one of their agents dou which I thought would make the whole process faster and easier. But uptill now no show begining to wonder if it was because I graduated with a 2:2. Did u do the credibility survey questions?

maybe it because of your 2:2 grade that caused it. Because I was admitted under 24hours of completion of the form. I applied myself.
