Good morning gurus......my boss is giving myself and my wife an expense paid trip to any country of my choice because of a contract I won for him and I intend to choose Canada.....last two years it was dubai and I also went with my wife.....my account balance is nothing to write home about because am an unrepentant extravagant guy,my wife doesn't earn good because she is a teacher......my question is will Canada fly or I should just look else where instead of having our application denied.......meanwhile we were denied US last year tho......

Good day house I have been trying to track my passport sent on the 2nd oct through the tracking thingy on VFS but kept on saying no record found. Is there any other way I can do it? Pls kindly help thank you.

Had the same issue, it will say "NO RECORDS FOUND", had to send them a mail and they replied that they had sent the passport to the High Commission

I had my first visa in 2018 July my Passport Validity was just a year left, got expired in July and I applied for TRV (Visitor)
I did online submission on July 17,2019
Got the BVL on the 23rd in the morning around 8am
Got the PPRL by 1pm same day.
Couldn’t send in my passport until 2nd October.

August 5th here...no update

Why doesn't he give you the money to do what you want with. As you said your account balance is nothing to write home about, unless you prefer the travel to money.

I intend to apply for TRV on tourism visa or I should went for training which one is better have went to UK for almost five times. Am working , married with kids, building property. Which one can go for training,conference or tourism my account balance is 2.5m now.

Congratulations You have to wait atlest 3weeks just keep tracking your passport after 3weeks you can check VFS . Kindly share the timeline and the documents u submitted .

Check your application and see if it's been updated. Also check with the tracking number to see if it's already with them at VFS. Don't just sit and wait for mail cos those VFS people can be so annoying with their services.

When I tracked my passport it still says being preprocessed at the Canadian embassy but on a regular day it should take at list 5 working days to stamp a passport so I don’t know if my passport is still at the Canadian embassy or it’s at the vfs office but the vfs office haven’t updated it and its 2 weeks now. I was thinking of just going to the vfs office tomorrow just to check if my passport is there by any means or wait till I get a mail notifying me it has been despatched.

Hi guys, I got email notification today from CIC, so I thought it's the regular blank mail meaning there is an update, I rushed to check the account no updates still, went back to open the CIC email, it was basically saying there has been no updates since I last logged into the account and thanks for my patience.....
submitted sept 17th
Biometrics sept 23rd
CIC mail Oct 17th
No other update
The date for travel is nextweek

Yes you can go there. Did they gave you the tracking number for your passport when you submitted it?

Please I was working on my online application for visit visa and after clicking on transmit and pay....the website did not display and the page terminated.
Immediately I went back to my online account and discovered the pending application was no more there.
Please help what can I do. I have sent a mail to them but no response.
Response needed urgently please.
