Most of our security officials are so fat and physically unfit to pursue crime suspects and the most available and easy option for them is to shoot suspects even without evidence in some cases like this. This amount to extra-judiciary killing and as usual nothing will happen.

Can you see why Africa will keep struggling with the adopted system of doing things? If someone is cut red handed stealing, you will still need a competent court to prove that he/She is guilty or not. And in most cases a smart lawyer can defend you and win the case even if you actually committed the crime and it will be upheld that you're indeed not guilty.
