Here is why the Fog is part of the attraction... You can't see nada! cheesy
Most beautiful pictures are gotten in the afternoon or evening. I was there before noon on a heavily foggy n cold day.

It took only 2 years to build - God Bless the United States of America.

Overall it was a wonderful experience.

No weapon in your arsenal will prepare you for the cold till you witness it.

It really is looking like it'll be horrible this winter.

The excitement of seeing the bridge made my lose attention...
I missed the exit that should have taken me to the visitor's parking lot.

Had no choice but to cross the Golden Bridge. Good and Bad in different ways:
Good - crossing the bridge would be a great experience. smiley
Bad - it was gonna cost me. $8 it was! To cross common bridge o... angry
When I went to Dallas for a wedding in March, a friend crossed 5 or 6 tolls with my car, the bill totaled $11.

Texas 6 tolls = $11
California 1 bridge = $8 ... Nainsense n ingredients. undecided embarassed I been never even stay the area reach one month. cheesy

Pls a quick question... for people without cars, how do they cross these wide roads Like from one end to the opposite end...

Hahahaha! Motor must jam you be that! grin grin grin

There are several pedestrian crossings on city roads, not the highways...
At the crossings, na you get 'right of way'... Cars will stop for you.

It depends if there is no traffic light, you have to be smart though while crossing watching the oncoming vehicles, there is a yellow marked area just at the center of the road. when you make the first crossing, you take a pause just on the yellow marked region while watching the oncoming vehicles, once it's safe to cross you move. though atimes some drivers slow down for pedestrians to cross but you know na. wink wink

It's not about luck but trust.
Her refusal to file for him only shows she doesn't trust he will stay with her after he gets his GC. Your family member fumbled the bag seriously. Many people in the West see marriage as a little more than documentation. You don't know how they've been living during those five years. The most impt thing is to build trust in the relationship, be a good husband and show her he is in the marriage for real. GC will fall on his laps.

lol!...Unfortunately, she was right. cheesy

I want to ask a question, I've checked a particular school and the fees is $23,389 example, I'm i going to pay the dues upfront or i can split them and be paying partly since it is annual.

You dont pay upfront.
That amount encompasses what the school will charge over the year + what you'll need to survive.

E.g. 12k might be per semester split as 8k school fees and charges + your living cost n miscellaneous expenses.
Per semester. 12k for two semesters equals the 24k you wrote up there.

Some schools allow you pay their 8k all thru the semester (payment plan), some require full payment before a certain date during the semester.

Guys, I have a question

How do I send a package to someone connecting for another flight.

Example,

Family member connects to another country from Nigeria through Atlanta airport but I have her new phone.

Her stop over is 5hours.

Sending it to her destination will double the price of the merchandise.

I can't seem to find anyone that lives in ATL to help deliver the package to her at the airport.

Any suggestions please

Please what can you say about California State University, east bay and foothill college. which better for studying computer science and also for cost of living.

I am new to the area so I cannot say.

Please do Not put California and decent cost of living in the same sentence. grin
I advice anyone except those coming here to gain experience while earning a living wage to stay away except you are okay to p1ss away all your earning in living cost.

My opinions might be biased, I lived in cheap Texas before cutthroat California.

Depending on some factors...

If asked in an interview - would you like to be considered for a different role Or would you like to be at another location?...

It might be a trick question.

You know what you applied for and that's what you are being interviewed for....

Please decline and ask them to focus on this job at this location. You are be most interested in completing the process for this one and only job.

Experienced this with most recruitment agencies. It's about the first question they ask you.
