If you made the merit list, you will not be able to fill the supplementary form.

Try it and let us know, the original plan was for the candidate to be able to fill twice.

My sister had 234 in jamb and 204 in post utme applying for LCS..any hope??

As far your admission status is showing "Not admitted "pls and pls to be on a safe side go ahead and fill the supplementary form.
And you'll see courses there you can supplement to.
Supplementary is just like a back up plan. Something you and the school can fall back to incase your preferred first course wasn't given to you.
