Good morning pals. Dan/undeveloped recently learnt how not to run things swiftly as they used to do when they're still using undeveloped.com

Now here's the major one, after selling a domain, and the buyer has paid, the buyer may not initiate a transfer. Dan vehemently refused to accept the domain saying the buyer may request for a charge back. More than one week and counting. Well seems they've one newly employed guy that don't fully understand how some things work.

If the transaction is getting up to 3 days yet no action from the buyer, send the transfer specialist the below message, you will be attended to. I did it on Friday last week and by Monday they requested for a push via network solutions. Next day, they paid me.

Search Google for the zip code of where you reside and use it.

I have 4 domains I have agreed price with various buyers from last week and none has made payment so far and all the domains are parked on dan, I don't know what the problem is but it might be from Dan or it might be the buyers, I don't know. But if any of those buyers really want the name, they would email me and tell me the challenges they might be having with the transaction. When there is a desire, the buyer will ensure he gets the name for a reasonable cost not to talk of $200 to $500 price domains.

glad you're making progress but no need to be harsh with your buyers especially during outbounding. Remember you first contacted them not the other way

The point is to buy MORE of names that have HIGHER chances of selling, than names that sell less often.

Go to Afternic website and contact them. Send a message to them. They should tell you why... Or better still, call them.

Email them back. You will have to send proof that you own the domain(a screenshot from your registrar). After that your account will be reinstated.
