Why is it that Igbos are not bn treated well both home and abroad?

Is it because they are hardworking and have great business oriented minds or because they are perceived as arrongant people (overdo/over sabi)?

Just an harmless question from a concerned Nigerian
it's is because they are arrogant.. only Nigerians tolerate them.. others countries dont

If I could only do proper investigation on this matter, I am certainly sure this was an "Indian girl fell for this nigerian guy" issue... I work with Indians... even if I haven't heard how they go nuts with obsession for their women over there, I know the ones I've worked with here, they're very jealous with women generally.

Sorry to disappoint you

Nigeria is the most rugged country in the world you wont know unless you put yourself in the shoes of the poor masses or if you are struggling to survive on daily basis. Many already give up on govt, everyone is looking for a way to survive at their own expense. Tears everywhere, many are dying in general hospitals because of few thousands while the politicians swims in millions. The future of the masses is nothing but pencil in the hands of our politicians. May the tears of the homeless mothers, fathers and children of this nation be registered in heaven so God can intervene...

Nigerians are too many and too poor. We urgently need 1 child policy. I don't like the masses, I hate them and their multiple children. Too many people chasing after meagre resources and that is why there is so much mayhem. And to make things worse they will not go and live in the villages and work on the farms. Retry dem masses!

FAMILY PORNOGRAPHY DESTROYS KIDS

"MY MUM DRESSES UP BEFORE ME"!

I counselled a young guy who was addicted to masturbation. He told me he can't do without masturbation.
One thing that struck me in his confession was when he said:
''My mum caused all this for me''.

Curiosity got hold of me and I asked him, how?
He said:
"I started masturbation when I was 4 years old; my mum has always been dressing up naked before me, I am used to seeing her unclothedness. I am not moved to have sex with her, but I always long to see mature ladies naked just the way I always see my mum dressing up naked before me."

"I still remember seeing her unclothedness regularly till I was 8 years; and my dad do shout at her:
'Send this boy out before you dress,' but my mum would always reply by saying:
'Will my son sleep with me? Stop planting evil thoughts in his heart.

"Anytime I see my mum's naked body, I long to see ladies' naked bodies..
I then went into sex at age 10 and till now I am not free from sex, heavy pornography and masturbation...''

Dear parents, I hope you are not guilty of this? You are dressing up before your 2 years old son/daughter; you say he/she doesn't know anything yet? That's very cruel.

Some couples will be having sex while their close-to-2-years old child will be in their room with them; they'll feel and think that he/she can only see, he/she can't understand.

Sir/Ma'am, that your child does not need to understand. Seeing your unclothedness or seeing you and your spouse making love is enough to plant abnormal sexual fantasies and urge in that child. Remember, it is now a jet world!
How will you destroy your own children with your own carelessness?
Don't let your children see your unclothedness.
Don't make love in the presence of your child no matter the age.
The scene sticks to the memory, they may want to explore and experiment what they are seeing.

Stop making free home-made sex clips or video' for your children to watch.
Mummy, sit properly.
Dress properly too.
Stop sitting as if you are in the labour room; parting your legs for your son to see your inner tight and pant.
Be very careful!

Daddy, don't wear ordinary boxer at home, you sit down, your 'thing' is dangling and your daughter is seeing it. There are things you should not wear beyond your bedroom, just for your spouse. Don't say because you want to enjoy your freedom in your house. It's not your house alone, it's a family house/home. You are putting your children into sexual bondage through these acts. The initiation starts from home.

Mummy, wearing ordinary bra around the house in the presence of your sons is dangerous. Yes, they won't lust after you, but you might be messing up with their sensuality; and increasing their curiosity to see the breasts of ladies out there.
Let's stop being 'pornographic materials' to our children. Raising sexually pure children, it begins at home. It begins with me and you.

My Counsel:
Thank you very much for the issues raised in family porn. It is still our responsibility to build virtue into our family. We need to learn from others.

Thank you
Someone share this post on the men's group and it awake my consciousness to share my testimony,so that some one whom has not experience this, will understand the reality of this occurrences in a lot of families ,Which have affected the great future of alot of children.
I grew up in a big family of 8 biological sisters and few cousin sisters raised by my parent's. Out of negligence, carelessness and ignorance thinking I'm still little child they somtimes exposed there unclothedness to me,some even bath with me in the shower. There thought was I'm still a little child i don't understand any thing about sexuality. But the enemy took advantage and plant a strong seed of lust in my life then,Which started bearing fruit at my early teenage years. This lead me to pornography, masturbation, sexual immortality and incest. Even though i know this is not right i couldn't come out of this until After many years,God in His infinite mercy lead me to faith and fire ministry in 2012 .through the ministration of the word of God and Holy Spirit through the man of God Apostle , i went through series of deliverance and i was healed, restored and revived in CHRIST JESUS because of God's Mercy.
NOTE: Baby and children are very sensitive to what they see and hear, that is how they learn .
It's our responsibility to protect them.
May the Lord give us grace and wisdom to raise our children according to His perfect Will. Amen
I love you!
Thanks for reading. God bless you. Cheers!

A british citizen was murdered for that same India. An australian was even lynched there some years ago.

Does that mean the UK government does not have regard for its citizens anymore.

Murder happens. Whether in Nigeria or in India, or wherever. It has no reflection on how bad or good the governemnt is.
What is the frequency of killing our citizens versus others? Try Google search.
The onus of security resides on the government of the host country and by default they will only protect those who take their citizens seriously.

GistMore12:
A Nigerian man, identified as Joseph Udezo, has been murdered by suspected locals in India.

The incident happened around 2a.m on the 14th of October, 2019, in Nallasopara East, Mumbai.

It was gathered that the deceased, who hailed from #Nteje, #AnambraState, was returning from work when he was attacked by the yet-to-identified locals.

http://gistmore.com/nigeria-man-murdered-in-india

What is the cause of this killing?

Is it that the indians have copied the South African and are now starting their own ZENOPHOBIC attack?

India that is a third world country?

Look at China that is developing at a faster speed and there is no attack against foreigners in Guangzhou or Beljing.

What of the regard you have for yourself?

I agree with you partially, however you can't just take the life of a western citizen, his/her country would bring down the heat and the culprit will most likely be brought to book so it discourages future reoccurrence how many culprits are brought to book when a Nigerian is killed abroad?

I know this guy, he is the secretary general of Anambra community in Mumbai India.
This incident happened about 5 kilometers from my house, the area is called 90 feet road at nalasopara, very rugged area, there are Indians, Ugandans and Nigerians in that area , all rugged to the core,
What happened was that this guy sold drugs to Indian guys and they called him to complain it's not good stuff but he bluffed them.
So they pretended they want another one and he met them, they took the drug and refused to pay, infact they asked him to run away but he started fighting with them, in the process they stabbed him to death.
As a result of this Nigerians started protesting and destroyed cars and Keke maruwa of Indian taxi men in that area.
This happened around 2 to 3.30 am, but what those Nigerians didn't know was that the people that killed this guy came from a far area and not the nalasopara where he was killed.
Now the people of nalasopara started to retaliate against Nigerians and the president of Nigerian community had to inform the police and they came to calm down situation.
The situation is still tense, Nigerian community leaders are talking to the police and the nalasopara people to sort the matter out.
Nalasopara people are demanding compensation for their properties and arrest and punishment of those that destroy their things.
Now which Nigerian will compensate Indian man.
The guy that was killed had fault, may his soul rest in peace, but why would he fight them in their own country and in an illegal trade too? Why didn't he walk away and stop dealing with them? The Nigerian that protested, though I can understand their anger still had fault too, destroying properties of your host is hight of irresponsibility .

You people would never take responsibility.

Nigeria is the way it is because of Nigerians. This means both leaders and followers are responsible.
